If you need a place to work, study or time-off from the hustle and bustle of life, this is a good place for you. Room: SMALL, but not really claustrophobic. Toilet is also very small. Good for 1pax, or 2, if you don't have many things or bulky items. Comfortable for work or lounging or watching tv in between work. You can hear footsteps and people walking by now and then; in case you get distracted easily. Self-check in and check out is easy, wonderful if you hate waiting and standing in line. Clean! Accessibility: Fair, if you're around the area. Very close to food stalls and not too far from general shopping area. Staff on duty were very nice and helpful.

I've been lucky with the rooms but a recent booking gave me one with these weird stairs leading up to the bed. Pretty dangerous as it was quite high up, and the stairs are these unusual looking small steps clustered together.

Just a short 5 hours stay to do my work while escaping party at home. First time trying this hotel. Self checking via an APP. Room was clean. toilet has a weird smell. no free bottle of water. Saw a kettle but no cups available. Ok for a short 5 hours stay.

I used to love this place and frequent it almost once a month but the housekeeping staff always spoils it for me at the end of the day. They come knocking on the door few minutes before, or on the dot at check-out time. There is no grace period whatsoever... And if you don't answer the door, or sometimes they can't hear you, THEY WILL ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE ROOM ON THEIR OWN! There was once the door wasn't latched, and we were on the top bunk, they opened the door, and me and my partner who were not dressed had to shout for them to GET OUT! It's not like they get the room really clean even if they start cleaning on time... Cleanliness QC has also dropped with every stay. There's so many stains on the walls and hair on the floor. Their prices have also increased non-stop since our first stay with them. I only go back because they are the only place who has a SmartTV for NETFLIX and Disney+, a comfortable mattress and I like their design. But my good impression is always ruined during check-out time.

Hotel just besides MRT, very good location. Given Room 219.. nice room. only flaw is body lotion and shampoo placed outside showering cubicle, not convenient in my opinion.

Decent Hourly Rate Hotel”
A tad cumbersome when checking in, be sure to download the app prior. They are trying to have almost everything done digitally. At least 30 mins spent trying to figure things out. Staff was still present to assist, just that I find time could be better spent. Room and facilities inside are sufficient, clean, just nice. Walls are thinner, outside isn't too quite. So if you're not fussy about time, environment, all you want is a place to rest, air conditioned and clean with a modern touch, here's a good choice.

An unusual disappointing experience”
Here to document an unusual disappointing experience i had last night at ST JB. i have multiple enjoyable short stays at ST JB previously but had an disappointing one last night. Was watching TV on bed waiting for 10pm checkout time, at 9.15pm i heard someone was keying the unlocking code to my room door. Moments later the door opened but luckily i have latched it thus it could not be opened fully. I shouted and the door was closed again. Couples of mins later, hotel staff came knocking at my door to verify my booking that confirmed was 5-10pm. Got to know from her that it was other guest came to unlock my door and surprised to see it was still occupied. Hotel staff took down my name and screen shot my booking confirmation, apologise and left, leaving me wondering how can this be happening. I hope the Hotel can provide an explanation to this blunder. Other than the unusual disappointing experience last night, i would still recommend ST Signature Jalan Besar for those searching for affordable short stays as the hotel is just situated besides MRT station with many choices for food within walking distance.

Based on my experience..”
Tried the booking for Day-cation a short 5hour stay, the room is pretty small but the main issue was the aircon that is not working well.. Aircon is on but for the rest of the hours it’s stuffy and warm.. only one service person at the entrance door (check in by ourselves) and a room assistant there.. oh well, it’s only for a few hours and idk who i can ask for assistance cause no desk-phone as well. Even after leaving at 10pm(have to self checkout) Nobody will even be at the entrance or anywhere to assist you. Staff and cleanliness is still okay, Thank you!

Avoid room 304”
Room 304 appears to be in considerably worse condition compared to other rooms - there were water stains on the walls including bed area, toilet had a funky smell and air condition was erratic and stuffy. There was a humongous cockroach in the room too. Nevertheless, there was sufficient soap in the toilet and bedding and towels appear to be clean

am a repeat customer having to work from hotel often. Given room 209 last night and usually i have no complain on the cleanliness. however, the room given was not well cleaned as i saw there is a piece of condom wrapper lying at the edge of the bed. Asides from the above, am pleased with my short stay.

Room was small but clean. Self checkin using phone app is easy. No complimentary bottled drink is provided. Although there is a heating flask in the room, no glass or cup is provided. Did the hotel expect us to drink directly from the heating flask? Location is good just besides MRT.
