There are so many accommodation options in Seoul, but choosing to stay at Stanford was never a regret. The hotel is less than a one-minute walk from Airport Limousine Bus 6015, and Lotte Department Store is just across the street. It is located on the edge of the Myeongdong tourist area, which gives you a quieter stay away from the crowd, yet it is only a short walk to the very busy area if you want to go there. The subway station is also very close, so transportation-wise, this place is perfect. The hotel is located on the ninth floor and shares the building entrance with the Apple Store. If you arrive using bus 6015, you can enter through the Apple Store entrance at the back, or walk to the end of the building, turn right, and you will see the Stanford sign on top. The staff were all very nice. The room was a bit small, but I think the size is quite standard for Seoul. I had one 24-inch and one 18-inch suitcase, and there was still enough space to manage comfortably. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was also clean, and the water pressure was good. They also have a coin laundry room with three washing machines and three dryers, priced at KRW 3,000 per use, which is quite cheap by Seoul standards. Overall, there is nothing I can complain about, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Seoul in the future.

Out of expectation, it is really worth to give a full mark: - excellent and very convenient location, e.g. a minute walk to Airport Limo Bus Stop (#6015) and few minutes walk to Euljiro 1 (il) ga subway station (or Myeongdong station). Downstairs is already Myeongdong shopping area. There are 2 places for taking elevator - one has not signage of the hotel at all in the lobby whereas the other one is actually the official entrance. Regardless, I can still go up to the front desk at 9/F by reading the previous review from the guest. - staff are polite and helpful together with good English. - room is very clean and tidy. As an experienced solo traveler, the 20-sq feet is good for me. One disappointment is the view from the room which is facing another building instead of Lotte Dept Store (i.e. main street).
