“Some staff need to be trained more”
Cons: The slim reception girl in the morning knew that we’ve been there since 8am. We understand that the checkin time is 2pm but they only checked available rooms when the time reached 2pm. What kind of service is that? They should be cleaning the room by 12pm or 1pm not when we are supposed to be checked in. In the afternoon, the long haired ladyboy did not help us transfer to another room despite having a strong cigarette smoke inside the room and in the hallway. The ladyboy and the slim girl in the morning need more training in customer service. I hope they will learn from the nightshift man who is kind and helpful to their customers. Hard to control the temperature of the water heater. It goes hot too fast then slight turn of the faucet/shower knob and it will get super cold. STRONG WEED SMELL all around even in front of the building. Worse than Bangkok. Chiang Rai is better. Pros: Good thing the night shift receptionist man is helpful when he really smelled the strong cig smoke in the room and outside the whole floor. They learned that the room next door was the one smoking and they charged them the fine. Just at the back of Big C supermarket which is open until late at night and a 7-eleven when you turn left. The food court at the 2nd floor of the Pantip Mall beside Big C has one of the best hainanese chicken rice we’ve eaten all over Thailand. It’s actually our top 1. Crepe is super cheap as well for just 39 baht. Walking distance from all the night markets (there are like 10 all over).
