Booked for 3 rooms with double beds and requested for the nearby rooms. They gave the rooms as per requested. The rooms were so spacious, like really spacious. They could even fit another double bed. The interior was nice, toilet and shower were nice. Oh, I love the shower so much. No fridge, but it's okay. Wifi was okay, tv channels were okay. Bed was nice too Breakfast was good, with options. Not variety of options, but we could still choose. We were more than happy Nothing was bad. But, since the hotel's ambience was nice already, perhaps the interior layout of the cafe could be improved. It felt like a hospital's canteen 😅 I meant by the tables and chairs arrangements

My fav accommodation whenever I go back home to my hometown. Clean, comfortable room with surprisingly good breakfast. SOP can be improved in terms of vaccination status check and need clearer MySejahtera QR code at the door + temp scanner. Only hiccup with my stay was my neighbor having a party up til 5 am. Management can impose a quiet hour from 10pm maybe?

We were very pleased with our stay and the staff. We wanted a quiet room and they accommodated our request, perhaps lucky that the hotel was not fully booked. The room was clean and bed very comfortable, and the location convenient for walking to restaurants - or for a short drive to them. Breakfast was ok (buffet)

I went to this hotel a few times and really recommend this hotel to anyone who need to stay in lipis for transit or is on holiday in lipis. Everything is excellent, breakfast is simple but worth the money u pay for a room. Staff are nice and the manager is awsome. Cleanliness is excellent. Will absolutely stay here again if ingo to Lipis next time.

Smoking Room Available!”
I am so glad there is a decent (actually more than decent) hotel finally available in Kuala Lipis this quiet town. One thing I must praise that, this is the only hotel in Malaysia that I can find a smoking room inside the premises, just like in Japan. And everything inside the room are super clean too! The location is super quiet and all you hear is the insect singings, such a joy! Only inconvenient is difficult to find food around that location, so I hope there will be room service available soon. Breakfast is simple but yummy. I will come again.

Clean room, helpful staff, spacious lobby, plenty of gated carpark lot. Everything is good. Except need improvement for breakfast. No refill of breakfast when many guests are still waiting for food.

New hotel in the middle of kuala lipis new town area. A lot of restaurants & convenient stores nearby within walking distance. Breakfast menu is too simple but understandable. A lot of parking space inside the compound. Will definitely stay here again.
