價錢符合此房型，可能因為靠近山區較多蚊蟲，房間內有附電蚊香，但若很怕蟲可能要考慮一下，整體來說算乾淨，環境很溫馨像是住在親戚家的感覺，民宿前就有空地可停車，連假期間還能找到這樣的房間，覺得感恩☺️

庭園沒有好好整理，主屋被包棟時，住小木屋的房客完全沒辦法使用主屋公共設施。小木屋落地窗對的小庭院也沒整理，藤蔓都爬到室內。唯一比較值得讚美的是水壓大，水溫不會忽冷忽熱 。

熱水給水很快，我們夫妻最愛泡澡，非常適合我們 一不小心還重複訂房~感謝老闆幫忙處理，剛好整棟樓只有我們入住，公用區兒子玩的不亦樂乎給民宿打300分(不知道哪來的標準XD)~真的非常剛好且愉快的一次輕旅行

1：地點很清幽 夜拍民宿確實美。 2：建議買好餐點等再到民宿，因為要買東西不方便，周遭啥都沒有 須開車。 3：公用設施可以玩 是民宿加分的點。 4：房型無法選擇很可惜，因為照片看到的比較美。 5：房間是寬敞舒適的乾淨的，但熱水忽冷忽熱實在惱人，氣的最後洗冷水了⋯⋯ 6：房門很難開跟瑣，竟然在房內時看到有人在轉房門手把，不知道是認錯房還怎樣⋯超可怕⋯⋯ 只好拿把椅子擋在房地產門口。 7：不能線上付款僅能現場付現金也沒再優惠⋯ 8：看評論都說老闆很健談風趣⋯⋯但⋯⋯我想我們遇到的不是老闆吧⋯⋯

屋內非常乾淨整潔，老闆娘也很親切，有讓人放鬆度假的感覺，廁所也很大間，設備齊全，地點的話，以開車來說，非常方便，離羅東夜市很近，開車約10分鐘內可以到達。

有附早餐 早上環境很安靜 一出房間就有早餐氣氛很悠閒 房間乾凈可愛床很軟！ 浴室有飯店等級 不像一般民宿 地點離羅東夜市騎摩托車其實也不會太遠 大概10～15分鐘吧 下次有機會會想再來 謝謝

糟透的感覺的一家民宿”
住過那麼多間民宿，這是我碰到最隨便的一家 - 超收 : 我是透過AGODA預定二人房，抵達時，老闆一直吱吱嗚嗚，說什麼給我們UPGRADE到四人的小木屋，還OFFER按讚拿禮物。後來才發現，根本就是被包棟，原本我預定的二人房也被包走了，事前也沒通知。 抵達時，門口的還有空房還亮著，完全就是狀況外，臨時被通知沒得住也是很有可能的。 - 當初訂二人房就是考量到有WIFI，結果被弄到4人房後，WIFI就連不到了。老闆還說，要不然可以在院子用（同樣付錢，為什麼要在走廊餵蚊子），一樓也是公共區域卻因為包棟，連進去都不能進去？ - 房間潮濕有霉味 - 打掃不乾淨，馬桶上還有血跡 綜上所述，就是一個感覺非常差的一天。
