Great Location”
No better location in Naples when arriving at train station. Room amazingly quiet. Good Buffett breakfast included in my purchase. Staff very friendly. They stored our luggage as arrived early, which really helped. So the day was even more productive. NO ISSUES.

Great hotel”
This hotel is great! The bathroom is very nice, and the shower is brandnew and working perfectly, as does the aircon. Great breakfast, friendly staff, beautiful hotel, good wifi. Just near the station. However a bit far from the turistic attractions and shoppingstreets (via toledo), but the hotel itself is fantastic.

Breakfast = great. Service = great. Room was a lot smaller than expected. Perfect for 2 but to be honest there was no space to open the suitcase so however you do it, it will make the room a lot tighter

Great Location for Train”
This hotel is located very near to Train station and bus terminal, yet once you’re inside it’s quiet and luxurious. Reception staff were very nice and let us check in early. Our room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The lobby area has nice seating, a restaurant and bar. The breakfast is very good. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location ”
Great location and near to Napoli Centrale. During checkin, there is a potter, who took our luggage to bring to our room. He asked for tip and refused to leave without it. It comes very unprepared for us and we had no small notes, but he insisted. So we had to give him some money. Be careful and bring some small notes. There is also incident when we hear someone playing with our room door. The hotel reception can do nothing on it. We have also mentioned do not disturb by hanging the note at the door, but the staff still come in and clean our room.

Very unpleasant experience - Rude staff”

Fantastic location, just opposite Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi!”
Had only 2D1N in Naples-a stopover for Amalfi tour. Very convenient location-just 1min walk to train station Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi (has soundproof windows-so no worries). Compared to all the other hotels in Naples, it is modern & not has no gaudy interiors. Breakfast was fantastic with local pastries for €12. It is also opposite a supermarket with wide variety of food & it has a few restaurants alongside it. Do go to Attanasio-a seafood Italian/Mediterranean place! :)

Old fashioned hotel in need of a renovation”
My stay at Starhotel Terminus in Naples was just fair. The hotel is located just 100 meters from the Central Railway station from where you can reach any place in town by bus or underground. The breakfast was satisfactory, the cold buffet good, the hot just average. Rooms and interiors need a renovation. I want to recommend the prompt replacement of the mattress as they lost the original shape and do not support anymore the back. The cleaning service was efficient. The staff at the reception was nice and cooperative. The WiFi was not complimentary and not efficient, too many stops and gos in my room.

Perfect location if you are transiting ”
We used Naples as a transit between Amalfi, taking the train back to Rome. This hotel served us perfectly as its carpark is the Avis car rental return location. It could not get any more convenient than that and we were extremely glad as driving in Naples requires much skill! The hotel isnright next to the central station and metro lines so it could not get any more convenient. Rooms were nice, comfortable and newly renovated. All in all great value for what we paid.

One Night in Naples”
If you are not planning a long stay and want to be able to access other ares near to Naples, this is an excellent place to stay. It is right next to the train station so we were able to take a train to Pompei for only 3 euro. The staff was extremely helpful by showing us the various eating locations nearby and letting us know which places we didn't want to be in Naples after dark. Safety is always at the top of the list when travelling along with security of personal belongings. We had no concern while staying here and the service we received was definately five star quality. The breafast was great and the check in and check out was very easy. thanks for a great saty for me and my family. We would definately stay here again.

New Year's Eve Stay”
My husband and I were in desperate need of finding a hotel to stay in during our few day stop-over in Naples. The hotel is within 200m of the main train terminal in Naples with a grocery store next to it. It was very convenient for getting "in and out" of Naples as it was close to the train station but that was the only real-perk. It was also very close to the metro to get to the city center. The only disadvantage to this hotel is that it is located alongside the square which can be very noisy with cars and people. I'd suggest a room not facing the city square or on an upper floor.

Hotel is right across the Naples terminal. It is very convenient. The room is quiet considering the fact that it is near the rail station. Internet is fast. Room is spacious. Had the dinner in the hotel restaurant and it taste pretty good. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you come to Naples

An ideal place to stay in Naples”
the hotel is right next to the main station making getting around naples and to other places very easy. the staff are very professional yet friendly and very helpful. the double glazing of the windows makes it a very quiet place to sleep even though it is right in a busy area. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom roomy enough.
