At my first day of arrival I was struggling with recipientist the dont speak english then there was no room available I was waiting 3 hours to get to another hotel and that was smelly, smoking smell, dirty. I want my one day refund atleast I was really struggling with it I have never faced this problem before.

Arcueil star hotel is a little far from city centre, each trip to paris costs 8 euros , the best way is to buy 7 day pass for 39 euros. The room is small but stilk normal size for a two star hotel in paris, the room service is good, and receptionist can answer some of your turist questions and very welcomed.

Très mauvaises indications pour trouver l'entrée de l'hotel, on a marché pendant 10 minutes à essayer de trouver l'entrée. Personnel peu accueillant, pointilleux. Chauffage déglingué et inefficace, chambre glaciale à l'arrivée. Décoration pas impeccable. Reste le prix abordable sans plus.
