"The staff was great. When I first arrived was given a room that wasn't clean. The staff immediately found me another room. Then the second rooms keys didn't work and again the staff was very polite and professional and found me a room that was ready. The first room was in the 6th floor second in the 5th. I found that the higher the room the more apt that smoking went in. The 3rd room I requested a lower level and no smell of smoke was present. "
