“Awesome!”
First of all, the location was excellent! It's located right on the main road leading to Maya Mall, and across the street, there are plenty of food places, massage shops, and cafes. There’s a 7-Eleven in the same building, and just a few steps away, you'll find McDonald's, another 7-Eleven, Lotus Mart, and a little further, there’s WinCo. It's great for shopping near the accommodation. You should also try the 10 baht skewer vendor in front on the first floor in the evening (search in Korean on Google). You can watch the skewer vendor during less busy times through the window before going out. The room was very spacious and clean, and the sofa bed was the largest I have seen! The bathroom had separate spaces for the toilet, shower, bathtub, and sink, which made it convenient when multiple people were showering. However, the sink faucet lever was set up so that the hot water was on the right and cold water on the left, so I was shocked when I thought it was cold water but it turned out to be hot! 😂 And there were two wall-mounted air conditioners installed, showing their commitment to ensuring it doesn’t get hot or humid. 👍 Since it’s not a hotel, you might be concerned about check-in, check-out, and cleaning, but the host provided very detailed yet simple check-in instructions via KakaoTalk (or Line, WeChat...) the day before check-in, and you can also discuss check-in and check-out times. During your stay, you can contact them in the morning to ask about room cleaning and towel changes at a convenient time. It seemed like they had dedicated cleaning staff since they manage several properties. I thought it would be nice if they just hung new towels at my door, but they even did the cleaning, which was impressive... Thanks to them, I was able to spend the last 3 nights in Chiang Mai very comfortably. I highly recommend it!
