Great hostel- really enjoyed my stay here!! ”
I can’t fault this hostel! The staff are awesome and so helpful, the place is clean and modern, the location is perfect right in China town and a short walk to the night bazaar, bars and restaurants. The place is really clean, the rooms are spacious with writing desks in them which j found really useful. Air con works great and you can have it on whenever you’re in the room. I stayed in a dorm room, there are separate female and male bathrooms which was great. There were 5 showers and 5 toilets so I never had to queue. There are also lots of options with tours, the staff helped me book my trip to the Dumbo Elephant Spa sanctuary and I had a great time. Would 100% recommend staying at this hostel!

The Kindest Hostel in Chiang Mai”
I’ve been travelling with a group of 10 others whilst in Thailand and we booked a couple of nights here before going to Pai. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest of welcomes. Whilst in chiang mai we needed to sort our visa extensions to which the owner of the hostel (apple) was the saviour of the day! She not only dropped us off but came in with us and helped us with the whole process! She was chatty and inquisitive and couldn’t help us any more! Honestly the sweetest and kindest soul I’ve met and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The I stayed in an 10 bed dorm and then upon my second visit I upgraded to a private room and both were clean, tidy and super comfortable! Will be visiting again! WE LOVE YOU APPLE 🤍

Stay with Hug was a perfect hostel for the perfect price point! I stayed in the 4bed mixes superior bunks and they were such a delight! So much space! Loved having somewhere to sit, journal, relax! Good size storage! Everything was clean and lovely! If you’re sitting in the main area, the staff were so mindful about getting you taken care of and they were always thinking ahead (lighting citronella sticks etc). The place is right in the heart of the old city so all major temples within walking distance! The hostel also rents mopeds and will organize any buses you may need to tour next destination! Would highly recommend!

Favourite Hostel in Thailand ”
My favorite hostel by far. Super clean, the beds are very comfortable and you get your own locker as well as a small safe next to your bed. The staff is extremely friendly and make you feel well at home. They really go out of their way to help you and make you comfortable. I stayed here on the first few nights of my backpacking trip, and went back there after a few weeks just because the place felt like home. The location is also perfect as it is near khao san and a lot of the sight seeing spots in bangkok. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic hostel - don't stay anywhere else!”
This hostel was FANTASTIC! I was traveling with my partner and we stayed in one of the private rooms, and it was perfect for us. The room had a balcony which was perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather with a couple drinks. The staff was better than we could have hoped - so friendly and helpful with anything we could have wanted. The breakfast was great! They served the typical bread and fruit, but also made a homemade thai breakfast which was delicious. The location of this hostel was also perfect. Very close to many shops and restaurants, and RIGHT next to the Sunday market (which is an absolute must). I would recommend this hostel to anyone traveling in Chiang Mai, and I definitely know that I will be back!

Great Place”
The staff greeted me amazingly at my arrival and Harley was very helpful with my requests. The location is pretty central and walking distance of (15-20m) to most things to see in the Old City. The hostel is also able to help arrange transportation and tour pick ups for sight seeing. Beds were comfortable, clean and cosy. Loved it and will most definitely come back here should i travel Chiang Mai again! <3

I stayed here a few months ago with my Mom & aunt in the private room, and again this time alone in the dorms. I love everything about the spot. Comfortable beds, universal outlets, privacy curtains, lamps, and clean bathrooms. The private room was obviously better, but you can't beat their dorms for the price & ideal location! The staff was really helpful, too, and let me stay in the office until Kate to work on my laptop without annoying other guests.

best hostel in chiang mai! definitely recommend. the receptionists/staff are friendly and really helpful. they also offer motorbike rentals and you can drop off your laundry in the front desk and get it the next day. place/amenities is 10/10!! i lowkey have a crush on the thai guy with tattoos on the front desk lol Aya Fornelos

High end Hostel that feels like a hotel”
The staff speak English and were super cool. The rooms feel like a hotel and each bed had black-out curtains and they have hard and soft beds. Showers were clean with HOT water and the its perfectly centralized within the old city!

1.location is in the central of the old town. 2.highly performance cost. 1.there are two halls, one is upstairs and the other is downstairs. Upstarts hall is cleaner, newer, has more facilities than downstairs hall which is next to 16 mixed rooms.
