Helpful staff, our one bedroom booking not available around 4:00 pm for check in but they upgrade us to (3) bedroom suite without extra charges. Excellent rooms.

ENJOYABLE HOTEL STAY”
Connection to Citystar Mall thru the basement. Check-in to one bedroom apartment, which can accommodate 4 adults. The apartment is big, provide comfortable bed but improvement required on the sofa bed. Complete cooking utensils provided in the apartment. Free laundry in the basement is very helpful. Breakfast is just ordinary but is sufficient and can bring the breakfast to your apartment. Transportation thru Uber but pick up n drop off is always outside the hotel gate. To airport ,Uber fare about 120-180 Egypt pounds. To Cairo festival mall about 100 Egypt pound.

Staying in Staybridge is definitely the best choice for family with children as you gave shopping mall at Level 1 but unfortunately i'm very disappointed with Agoda service as i was not allowed to enter my room on the 2nd day as they did not received payment which i have made thru Agoda...it is so embrassing...hope Agoda improve the payment service

I was in wrong impression that cairo dosent have good hotels to stay... i was wrong... the place was the best... The apartment was fully equipped with the latest technology ...Very friendly staff...One of the best part was the connectivity to mall and other hotels...Very lively place to stay.. In the evening time they had Refreshment food which was dam good... Really a good place to stay...

We have had a very comfortable 5 days staying at Staybridge ! Big room ! fully equipped with everything you need! Also a Laundry room is free of charge and located on -1 fooor ( there are 10 washing machines and 10 dryer ) Staffs are truly amazing! 6 stars service ! and they are always there to assist you. Beautiful smile and warm welcome from security at the main entrance as well as security at the mall entrance. They makes us feel so welcome!! Also staff at front desk , restaurant waiters and housekeepers, Everyone is so extremely friendly and helpful . I rate this 6 stars service, no doubt! ⭐️ .. The hotel room itself is great, comfy bed , big space a d clean.** Its not a brand new hotel, so do not expect the modern design. However it has all you need. Fresh bed linen, comfy big bed, toilet amenities, kitchenette, utensils, pots, pan , oven, microwave, etc. One of the best service apartment in Cairo!
