You are welcome to store your luggage at the office while waiting for the keys between 10:00 – 15:00.
The property offers a late check-in from 20:30 – 22:00 subject to availability and only upon request. The additional costs are EUR 35.
After 22:00hr checking in is not possible.
You’re welcome to come back the next day between 10:00 – 20:15 CET at our office.

Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
Please note that reservation by credit card is only possible when the card personally belongs to the head-booker.
Reservation is not possible when booking with a 3rd party credit card.
Please note the property only accepts bank card payments. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Prinsessegracht 6, 2514 AN The Hague. Please inform Stayci Serviced Apartments Noordeinde in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
