Excellent location, just above metro station and short walk to train station and old port. The kitchen is fully equiped, including pots, plates, coffee machine and others. The reception staff, but not others, speak good English.

their location is very bad at night. so scary I don’t advise family or women even solo traveler to stay here … not so clean and the smell not nice at all … be careful as client.. the front office will asked you to do housekeeping work in rude way … Mr manual … you don’t eren respect at all … shame on you

Don’t waste your money at this hotel”
We completed check in though there was no room at 11am, to facilitate their room allocation. The staff allocated a messy room with a dirty floor on the ground floor when we came back around midnight. Part of the room looked like it had been ransacked. Complained to Alexandre then and there and he was unhelpful to the extreme despite agreeing it was a dirty room. No refund has been made to date. The $124 was not worth the room price and the concierge. Do not stay here because there are much cleaner hotels for cheaper prices nearby.

Perfect for our Group. Just not you need to pull out the sofa bed and put the linen on yourself. It had a kitchen as well if you needed.

This is kind of hostel, but very good spacious rooms for family, separate bed room and separate living rooms, the parking next is expensive, around 30 Euros for 24 Hrs, but over all its a great place,

L’emplacement est très pratique et le personnel d’accueil est vraiment très sympathique. La chambre est bien équipée et relativement propre mais attention au bruit de la rue et à la literie : les matelas à ressorts ont fait leur temps et on a très mal dormi… dommage

Situé idéalement pour accès au vieux port, Panier, Canebière et le métro est au pied de l’hôtel. Coté rue un peu bruyant car isolation phonique moyenne (au 5ieme). Accueil et service du personnel très agréables et efficaces. Équipement correct, on a été surclassés. des détails techniques à améliorer. Portes coulissantes coincent, ampoule grillée, serviettes bien minces mais rien de bien grave. On a apprécié la double climatisation très efficace. Sécurité renforcée le soir. Propreté très bonne dans l'ensemble. peut-être un peu cher mais le point qui pêche un peu est vraiment l'isolation phonique... Je recommande cet hotel.

Hotel central mais situé tout près d un quartier très populaire , dont le parking contigu est ouvert à tous ( parking public ) . Beaucoup de vis à vis et aucun voilage donc on doit vivre rideaux occultants fermés ( constamment à la lumière électrique ) Literie très moyenne( ressorts bruyants ) Pas de ménage effectué chaque jour . Par contre , l appartement est propre et le personnel très accueillant . Ces appartements ne méritent pas leurs 3 étoiles...
