Staycity Apartments - SEP 2022”
The apartment block itself consists of various units belong to a mixture of ownership - either actual residents whom stay there, being used as office, or lease out to traveler for overnight stay. The 'check-in' counter is at the open lobby at upper ground level, usually staffed by a single person. Check in is from 3pm onwards. Check out is no fuss, just drop the key bundle into a drop box right next to the check in counter. Very useful if you need to leave early in wee hours of the morning. I said 'key bundle' because I got the house key, an access card, and a fob thing (to activate the electricity), all in a single keychain holder. You'd need to use access card to go through the glass door that stands in the way of the elevator & the open lobby. The elevator access to level 2, 3 & 4, and it has a slow moving door. I got a unit at level 2, at the far end of the hallway. The room has AC, hot water kettle, iron, ironing board, a closet, hot water, shower, seating toilet, and a TV with a simple satellite channel (which gets affected by heavy rain). Cleanliness is just OK, but the place looks a bit worn. My room has a locked door that is attached to the unit next door, and I can hear whenever the tenants next door talks. Also the street below can get busy so you'll get traffic noise as well. There is a lower ground car park (the reason I chose this place) that is free, but has limited space. Once you drive down the ramp you could either go left or right side, wherever that you can get a space. If its full you could still park at street level, but during daytime you'd need to pay up via the parking machine, except for Friday when there's no charges. It is located at the old part of town, and is extremely superb in terms of finding food within reasonable walking distance, at different time of the day. You could never get hungry here. There are awesome & highly rated cafes & restaurants literally across the street. My fav is Kopi Mesin Heritage for a caffeine boost.

Book this room on RM99 , i booked last minute 16 hours before check in and choose make a payment at the hotel, overall the room is clean and satisfied to me. Parking is easy and near to pengkalan chepa too.

The place is very strategic to pasar khadijah with good staff. They even suggest me another option to stay since i booked a bit later. It just that we found a cockroach in the room probably because of room located near to the lift. Others is superb!!!! They even have free parking :) and convenience for older people.

Everything is good! location at center of the city. Very near to Pasar Siti Khatijah. Less 10minutes ride to famous kopitiam kita. Very clean apartment. Easy to check in and out. Definitely will stay at this apartment again.

Need to pay for parking. first check in had problem with aircond. staff ask to change room. after get new room,there is no wifi connection,no tv signal.. extend for next day but not coming to clean room. bathroom also got black spot everywhere. Kitchen smell not good with baby cockroach. There's lot of parking but u need to pay. Good location in the middle of town.
