- Exceptional location
Very Basic Facilities and Amenities ”
The location is great, we stayed here for the unique architecture but unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor which didnt showcase its appearance the best. The most disappointing part is that the amenities you get for a private room is no difference from what you get for a hostel dorm, no towels and not even shampoo or body wash. Would be nice to be included given the price we paid is higher than the 4-star hotel we stayed in Amsterdam in the same trip.

More than expected excluding the small room ”
I have read lots of comment on internet and I found my experience is more than expected, i.e. Good wifi. However, the room is not as large enough for a couple. Anyway, the location is excellent for those who want to enjoy the sightseeing in Rotterdam.

For its design, the cube-shape building is really amazing, so is the view over the irregular window frame. My room can see the old bridge and the river. Walking down the stairs, there is a plaza with day market on it and a large kanthal building with all kind of foods, flowers and goods in it. Over the other side of the stairs, there are coffee shops that you can enjoy your lunch, dinner or a drink before bed. Walking a bit more distant, you can enjoy the breeze and water reflecting the sunshine at the riverbank. The architecture and the location are too good to recommend for a stay. I enjoy it so much that would like to liver in it again if I get a chance to stay at Rotterdam again.

I would say it is good to have a short stay in this hostel if you are also a budget traveller, or you are interested in architecture. Everything is basic but should be enough for a short stay. I wish the hostel could pay more attention to the cleanliness as I found my sheet stained.

The overall experience is great. Staff provided excellent helps in arranging the room for us. And their English is really good and we can communicate freely. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is provided with simple and enough choices for budget travelers.

It was okay. The place is situated near the train station and business area. However, the room is a bit cold because the heater cannot work properly and we stayed there during winter.

Having paying a standard single room price, I don't think I get what I deserve. Room facilities were poor. As the room was not air-conditioned, there was only 1 window which can be opened and it only allowed to be opened like 2 inches width. The room was smelly. In addition, the bed was not good as well. I will never recommend my friend to stay in this hostel. StayNotOkay at all.
