Clean, spacious, centrally located”
some woud consider this a "budget" hotel. For the price, you get a full suite WITH a kitchenette. This make traveling to the parks much more affordable.

Was more than I expected. Was thinking just a room but ended up being a true find. Full kitchen and living room bathroom is two sections one is the sink room the shower and toilet room. I will be staying there from here on out when I'm in O-town

Location is perfect from theme parks and shopping centers. My only concern was the cleanliness of the carpet; It made the room have an unpleasant smell so we went to get some plugins to mask it but overall stay was good.

My room was supposed to be ready at 4 p.m. I got there at 5 p.m. and it was not ready. The staff member said that it will be ready at about 6. Due to my room not being ready our plane got messed up and we could not do what we wanted to do because we cannot go in and take a shower and get dressed. They only took off $10 for the room not being available on time. There were no sheets and blankets in the room for the sofa bed and when we call down to get some we had to go down and get it ourselves. There were no pillows and ask when asked for pillows they said there wasn't any available. Customer service was horrible but overall the room stay was nice.

They are not serving breakfast due to Covid. The furniture, decor, paint is extremely dated. The bed was comfortable! Has a full kitchen (microwave, electric cook top, fridge and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher. Comes stocked with utensils and dinnerware.

This was a nice little place however it just wasn’t clean. We walked in and there was a dead roach on the floor and it smelled a little musty. While it was nice looking and organized I wouldn’t say it was properly cleaned. The sheets had stains on them one of which resembled blood.. gross I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the bed after I laid down my blankets and pillows. Wouldn’t really recommend!

Not quite a Magic Moment...”
Was there for 2 days and the room should have been swept and mopped. The dresser, desk and nightstands should have been cleaned...Period. We’re in a PANDEMIC for God sakes!!! For the $30 something resort fee, It should of had better amenities like a microwave in the room or a private cleaner room area and not on the outside of the building like a cheap rundown motel would have it. Also better cable channels. The best things about the stay is that I didn’t see any bugs in the room. If u do have a cleaning issue, the front desk staff is very helpful and accommodating. But I am going to pass on my next Orlando visit to come here, unless I get an update on the better amenities and cleanliness.

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. You think they would be better at it especially during a pandemic but no. I wiped down the counters in the kitchen and they were dirty and coffee grinds all over. The pans and utensils were greasy and covers with food. The bathtub had hair all over and left over soap pieces from the previous person who stayed there. This is just some of the issues with the dirty room. Other than that , the rooms are dated, staff is very friendly and location is good.

Was told check in was 4pm, got there shortly after and room wasn't ready. I paid for room at booking but when I got there they hit me with resort fees (nothing about it was resort) and deposit (didnt think i need a deposit if paid in full at booking). The carpet was hideous, the hallway smelled and no housekeeping at all while you stay. I think that's insane considering all that's going on. And if your looking for breakfast pack food or extra money as there is not continental breakfast as advertised. Kids really enjoyed the pool and thats about it.😉

Not a clean hotel”
We reserved the hotel for 3 nights. We left after 2 nights when we discovered that our room had cockroaches. The hotel does not have daily cleaning services which was odd. You had to leave the trash and the dirty towels outside your door every morning.
