Where to stay in Stazione Centrale
Stazione Centrale hotels & accommodations

I booked this hotel because of its location, it is so convenient to Stazione centrale, Metro. I found breakfirst was so good, the receptionists were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated!! By the way, the toileit in the room was really really clean, I liked it very much!

Location is superb as it is just a 5 mins walk away from the central station. Many restaurants around the area and the pasta place beside the hotel was my best meal in Milan. Rooms and toliets were big enough but the shower is kind of small which i think is a norm in Europe.

The location is brilliant, just 200 yards to the milano centrale train and metro stations. Trains run every 30 mins to malpensa airport and the metro trains are every 5 mins and take you to anywhere you want in milan. Its so easy to use! The hotel staff were really friendly and made us feel really welcome. The lady behind the desk gave us a city map and circled all the...

I must say that I was first attracted to this hotel because of it's no pet policy. I even wrote an email to clarify and I was happy it was confirmed. I did this because a few websites that I visited give different reviews. Hence, with the confirmation, I was able to rest my minds. I should say the hotel location is very strategic as it is near to Metro Station (C...

Pro: 5-10 min walk from Stazione Centrale, reasonably-priced, very new, very clean, good bathroom water supply, good breakfast Con: insufficient staff, sotaff-so staff service, bad sound-proof system in ground floor rooms and basement rooms (basement rooms next to breakfast area), no toothbrush, no toothpaste, no hanging hooks inside bathroom but a pole inside shower ...

Easy to find from Stazione Centrale fresh off our international flight when one is not always the sharpest. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are small but well-appointed, clean, comfy beds. Appreciated the free non-alcohol drinks fridge. Stave off the dehydration blues. Best breakfast of anywhere we stayed in Italy, Slovakia and Prague. And there were some good ones. Nic...

The hotel is located at the lefthand side coming out of stazione centrale, two minutes walk. Very convenient coming from Malpensa airport by train and the metro for going around Milan. We were offered a better room with living area for euros 35 more but our deluxe room was more than adequate for two nights. Room was and feels very clean with modern, sparse furnishings,...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Could not open the room door and went back to reception for help. While waiting for my turn, the other staff approached me and asked if I need any assistance. He was very very kind and helpful to send my big luggage and walk up with me to the room. He also very patience and soft in explaining how to pull and push the room door in...

this hotel was the easiest to find amongst all the hotels we had stayed in italy, and is easily one of the best hotels during our 2 weeks vacation in italy. it is a 10 mins walk from the milano centrale stazione, and another 15 mins walk to the shopping district, corso buenas aires. we were greeted by alberto during check-in. we appreciated the fact that he congratulat...

The hotel is quite nice, in a brilliant location just a few meters off the Stazione Centrale and the metro lines (green and yellow). it has an extensive breakfast buffet which was much appreciated. The service at reception was excellent whilst restaurant and buffet was not so good. It's good choice for business trip because of proximity to public transport and business...

Yes, the room could have been bigger and the bed more comfy, but for the price it was excellent value! Especially if you're only in your room to sleep, this hotel can't be beat. A great price and just footsteps away from a metro station and just a few meters from the main Stazione Centrale. I would 100% return here.

This hotel is highly accesible as it is located very close to Milano Stazione Centrale (Central Station) and Piazza Duca D'Aosta. It is also close to Metro and tram station. The front office man is friendly and helpful. However, during my stay, the hotel was under construction, which cause disturbing noise during the day. The floor in the hallway/corridor is also dirt...

From check in until check out everything was perfect. Room was the best I've ever stay in the range of price. Bathroom is very big and clean. They even got safety seal on each toiletries, something you won't find even in 5 stars hotel. Bed was comfort and linen was clean. There is some kind of heater where you can hang your towel to dry. Location wise it is just 2 trai...

The hotel was excellent. It's located near the Milan central station. The hotel serves free Maserati transport to the Duomo, you can order it in front of the hotel. The room is clean, quiet, and excellent condition. The breakfast was very delicious! I will surely come back to this hotel again on my next trip to Milan.

I had another hotel booked but changed to this one once I realised my transfer dropped me at Milan Central Train Station. Coach dropped me from airport and I was in hotel a few minutes later. No faults with a quick and efficient early check in (we only went to hotel to drop cases as we were so early). Went to a pleasantly sized room on fifth floor with a terrace outsid...

I've stayed at the Milan Hilton before, but this time was even nicer! Rooms are air conditioned (nice change from last week in Berlin!), breakfast buffet is awesome, and it's in a great location just three blocks from the Stazione Centrale. The Hilton will be my regular place to stay whenever I come to Milan. Only thing missing - could have had a pool, sauna, etc. -...

I can't praise the staff enough. I was traveling by myself on this trip, and they made me feel right at home in a foreign country. Pietro and Michael were tremendously helpful with everything from restaurant recommendations to train schedules, they were awesome. The hotel is very cool and small, but the rooms are large, each with a little kitchen. The hotel provides fr...

We had stayed at a UNA Hotel in Bologna and were very happy to repeat. Staff were efficient and attentive - they were fully fluent in English went out of their way to check us in early. Our room was very spacious and comfortable (smoking rooms are available on request). The hotel features clean, modern interiors and rooms come with a TV that offers programming from ...

It was first time traveling alone in Europe and prior to this trip I had a lot of fears and hesitations because it was a hostel. But my goodness!! I love the place. It has a homey kind of feel and the staff are amazing- very helpful and friendly. The location is the best since it is very near Milan Centrale Station. If I am going back to Milan, I will book a place here...

The hotel is very near the central station but not on the Main Street hence its quiet (for a good rest). It’s a small little dated hotel but everything is clean. I was pleasantly surprise to be given the rooftop single room (603) that comes with a rooftop balcony. I got a surprise when the TV turned on itself at midnight. Well, I went back to sleep anyway. Overall it’s...

Absolutely satisfied!I've arrived on the day before Metallica concert! The staff and their service was very helpful and kind, the food was amazing and very delicious, too, not to mention the wide range of choice! Receptionist was also very helpful and kind, kept my luggage in a safe! The room was clean, too,it was well equipped, there were everything I needed, plus, this hotel i...

So convenient to be facing Milano Centrale Station ; beds could be more comfortable, but for one night when travelling, it's more important to be central. The shuttle for the airport is right across the street too. Beautiful and luminous breakfast room with gorgeous coffee cups and china. Had one of the best croissants ever and one of the best cappuccinos in Italy ; th...

i stayed for 2 nights during my trip to milan with my husband.. it was easily to reach and right infront of metro exit,so easy to find! it only walking distance (5 minutes) to milano centrale..so if you want to catch a train in the morning or late at night it very recomended.. the staffs were very helpfull with info about milan and around.. we arrive on sunday and not ...

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from the stazione centrale. Stazione centrale is the main station in Milan which the train from stazione centrale runs to most major Italian destinations, including Rome, Bologna and Florence. Even though the hotel is nearby and walking distance to the stazione centrale but you need to know the direction to the hotel failing which ...

stayed 5 nights for the Italian F1 Grand Prix. Was great! The rooms are a tiny bit outdated but actually really comfortable and completely clean. If you are staying in milan for a few weeks and need to be at milano central train station every day, choose this hotel. The staff are perfect, not overbearing but really friendly, best Italians I met while in Italy actually!...

It was a really pleasant experience. We needed the hotel just to shower and sleep at night after we were done with all our walking around the city. The room and the toilet were both clean. The bed wasn't the most comfortable we've ever had but it wasn't an issue really. Breakfast buffet was small but good enough for us. They had really good chocolate croissants. The lo...
Cheap places to stay in Stazione Centrale

I like this hotel very much,Staff are very friendly. The room with TV, Airconditioner,closet.Table. Besides, it is very clean. The price is very cheap. According to I paid, It is valuable in milan, I did not expect the room with that much falicity before. Location is near Sondrio Metro, and central station. very easy to go to DUOMO, PORTA VENEZIA. The bathroom is new up...

We just needed a space for 8 hours in the time between airport arrival and catching the train to Genoa. The location was excellent as it was right beside Milano Centrale station. The hotel itself was spartan in its facilities, but then it did not pretend to be anything more than 1-2 star. we had no problems with staff

overall, I would give 4/5 good points : - very close to metro station and Central station - staff available 24 hr - staff was polite, answering the queries - price economical - small lift to bring stuff on 3rd floor - breakfast, variety less but sufficient and also did not charge anything for my 3 year son. - rooms and shared bathroom clean improvement points : -...

What I liked about the hotel: - Location: The hotel is a stone's throw from Stazione Centrale. You can walk to Centrale to board the trains, metro and buses. It's important, especially if you were to visit other cities prior/after Milan that requires a train connection. - Value-for-money: I did a search of many hotels, with price as an important consideration. I woul...

We were booked for Hotel Demo but we were redirected to another Hotel- the Club Hotel. They allowed us to have an early check in. The room was adequate for us but it was not sound proofed. We could hear activities and voices outside our room. The lift was very small, old and defective. They have good breakfast buffet. The hotel is near the metro station and few minutes...

Very nice and easy check in. Friendly young staff. Very convenient from mail railway station though it's not the best area in Milan. Still, it is easy to get around from here. Even the tram stop is in front of the hotel. The check out time is very generous compared to most hotels in Italy. Not a new hotel but still served us very well.

I came for a conference and found it very practical, incl the fact that I could already take my room at 2pm and have a key to come very late. also the "help-yourself" breakfast (available all night = very early for me) was great. and the staff was very friendly with me. great location, 15 min walk from Centrale station, and 2 min from Sondrio metro station = very easy...

Overall happy with stay as everything was within walking distance - Stazione Centrale (main railway station) and Via Buenos Aires (shopping). Quiet at night but still feel safe. Hotel room was just okay - breakfast was of limited servings (replenished every 15 mins was slow for peak period) and large room became tiny with furniture filling up the room!

I can't really say anything about this place, because they sent me to another hostel. They claimed to have no room, because they were " creating space for workers ". I was not the only one who got into this situation. The other place has very bad reviews on the Internet, though it seems to have a new management. Overall, if you don't want to get angry at the beginning...

The hotel is very near the Centrale station which made getting transportation to other parts of town very easy. The staff member who checked us in was hardly friendly and seemed bothered by questions about the hotel. The room was quite large and comfortable. The Internet worked well. The big negative is that if your room faces to Main Street you are going to hear str...

The hotel is a few blocks from the Milan Centrale railway station which is the perfect location for us. I stayed 2 nights in August, the room was so clean and I was satisfied with that. It took 3~5 minute to Stazione Centralle, Milan, and 1 minute to subway station. The people were so kind and they gave me some information for Milan touring. The breakfast buffet didn't have various kinds, but It was delicious.

Good location, about 5 mins walk to Milan's central station. Clean, simple rooms. Perfect for an overnight if you are flying into Milan after a long flight but leaving the next day on the train from Milan station to elsewhere. Like all other reviews say, the rooms are quiet and you do get a very good night sleep ready for next day's journey. Nothing fancy about the...

We arrived at this hotel in the morning and they had our room ready for early check in.

We booked 2 rooms for 6 nights at Fifty House Soho Hotel. Starting with location, it is 10 minutes walk from Central Train Station and by taxi it cost between 9-11 Euros. It is also 30 minutes walk to Duomo area and by taxi costs 15-17 Euros at max. There are some above average pizzeria, fish restaurant close to the Hotel. Street is silent at nights, quite safe area. ...
