An already unforgettable peaceful experience”
We came to this resort only for one night since we didn’t have a good experience in another 5 star resort. This resort exceeded our expectations. Although its luxury at the same the balance between enjoying the luxury and humbleness was an interesting experience to say the least. I can’t think of anything bad and I can only imagine that the other rooms are even better since we booked the cheapest one. And it was still a super(ior) room! The staff are are also very nice. They aren’t simply polite, they are humorous and I felt authenticity from all of them. Thank you Steigenberger Alcazar❤️!

This hotel looks very fancy as well as sets all best staff for your best stay. I recieved great support from professional concierge team,especially a fine sense of woman concierge. Can’t access the beach. Very shallow and rocky. Can’t swim. Access to the reef for snorkeling is a very long walk on a deck bridge. depends on sea condition.

Extreemly noisy hotel, allmost impossible to sleep at night. Slamming doors, loud speaking people i the hallways, screaming children, very thin walls. All pools equipped with big loudspeakers with pop music all day made the pool experience awfull. Had to call for room cleaning allmost every afternooon. Bugs on the toilettfloor. The buffet food in the main restaurant way no good.
