It served our needs but it is not value for money hotel”
For the price I paid, I expected to get a better room. Everything is pretty old, especially the shower. If it was 40-50 euros cheaper per night it was acceptable. The room was clean but there was some mold in the shower. The location however is very convenient! Just across the train station. the breakfast was nice as well, and the receptionists were always very attentive. However, I won't go back, unless it will be much cheaper.

Good location, very very simply equipped, they gave us a smoky stinking room, but we booked non-smoking, the stuff didn't want to change, can't even give you a knife when you arrive, to cut some fruits....all in - this is a standard 2star hotel

Okay for a night”
We stayed there for a night because it's near the train station. The walk to the hotel felt very unsafe. Day and night, I would not walk around alone. The room was good, but I send a request for a crib, but they haven't prepared it for the night. The breakfast included only sweets.

Unfriendly check in stuff at night”
We checked in at around 10pm. The male employee who was at the desk was horribly unfriendly. He clearly showed displeasure doing his work. We had questions and called from the room but he hang up on us. He was there the next night as well. We just stayed away from him. He was one of the big reasons that we didn’t like the stay at this hotel. The breakfast was a disappointment too.

Basic ordinary accommodation with EXTRAORDINARY service!”
1. This can be considered as affordable hotel. Very basic facilities. Room is okay, tiles flooring, windows can be opened to get fresh air ventilation considering there's no air-conditioned during winter season. 2. Perfectly located near the Stazione di Napoli Centrale, there's a direct walkway to enter the hotel from the railway station. Few convenient stores at the station. 3. Breakfast room is okay, menu also good & basic selections on the buffet table. 4. What I want to highlight is, staff are very attentive, always smiling. All hail to the lady at the housekeeping. There's no ironing facilities. I need to be ready for a tour at 0800hrs, luckily the housekeeping start at 0700hrs, so I went straight to housekeeping room & asked the lady to help out, she directed me to registered the pieces at the reception then she immediately pressed my clothes & scarf within 15 minutes. She was my life saviour! Thanks. Not all hotel's staff will help you this way. I wish I can recall her name :)

Very convenient location - right next to the napoli station. there's actually a back entrance that takes you through some shops to the hotel. Staff were friendly and rooms very new and clean! Food next door of the hotel could be better...

Super near train station!”
The train station and this hotel is actually linked by a back alley. There is a lift in the hotel which was great for us since we were dragging two large luggages. The air-con in the room was off on our 2nd night and we couldn’t turn it on. The room got stuffy so we ended up having to sleep with the windows open all night. Breakfast is mediocre.

Only good thing is near station”
Only good thing about this hotel is its near the station. As a guest, I was made to eat my take away food outside the hotel. No doubt I forgot about the rules that we can't eat food in the room, my fault here. But there's no professional service by this hotel, to at least offer us to sit down and eat at their caffe or something. No! The staff even suggest us to go some 200m away from the hotel where we can find a place to sit down and eat our food. This service is absolutely terrible. Avoid this hotel if you can because you are not treated as a guest here, but someone who pay and they can earn a living.

The room, while small, was clean. Breakfast was terrible - no fresh fruit. Very little choices. No decent restaurants in the neighborhood. Internet slow.
