"This place is horrible, I'm surprised they're still open for business. The room was nasty, blanket was paper thin it was very cold inside the heater they had was on the wall at ceiling level , I could barely take a shower because of how cold it was then when I finally went to sleep they're were people talking loud in front of my door. I am very disappointed with they're service and I was charged a extra night "

"This hotel is a good option if you're just staying one night and you're not going to be in it too much. The room was clean and the front desk person was friendly. It was in a great location-within walking distance to breweries and a short Uber ride to the American Airlines Stadium. The downsides are that it is extremely noisy and it sounds almost as if people outside are in the room with you. Also, the beds are pretty hard, but that may have just been a personal preference. All in all, not bad for a one night stay."

"I think your customer service as far as transporting to & from airport is very poor. My husband & I wanted to return our rental car the night before our flight so that we didn't have to hassle with it the next morning. We thought we could shuttle to airport from Enterprise Rent a car for Comfort Inn to pick us up only to find out you only have a one way service to the airport. That makes no sense not to pick up guests on your return trip back to hotel-unless you don't have the business. We ended up calling Uber from the rental car to take us to hotel thus incurring an additional cost. On the other hand your staff was very courteous & the driver, Jeffrey, was kind & courteous. Also we enjoyed the breakfast which had a variety of things to choose. Thank you! "

"Two items listed here made the difference from all 5 star to what it is presently. 1. I called from the airport to ask the front desk where should we wait to catch the shuttle and I WAS SHOCKED after flying all night and into the afternoon, I was not prepared for that answer. She said, “we do not pick up from DFW.” I thought she was joking because my paperwork showed that shuttle service was included. So we had to suffer the fact of catching an Uber to the hotel. I would not have booked this hotel and pay that high price if I had known the shuttle was not going to pick us up, so with the hotel nightly rate and the Uber ran us over $200.00 per night. 2. The male worker kept telling us our room was not ready and other parties kept getting keys for their room. After 2 hours of waiting, I went to another worker and she said that the requested room was not ready but if I wanted a different category room, she can get us in right away. And we did that. The male worker fell short"

"They began breaking down the breakfast nearly half an hour early, so if you enjoy your sleep and want to wake up to catch anything of a breakfast before the actual closing time, good luck. There was also cigarette holes all throughout the comfoter, hairs all throughout the bed, the place hasn’t had any updating in a minimum of 30 years, the smell in the hotel was just awful and made me feel like I required a shower after I left as well as that stench stayed on my clothes and everything else we brought in to the hotel. As for the bathroom, I’ve literally seen jail cells that look better. The mirror had writing all over it (same with the bed frame), the drywall was peeling off, nasty black grout throughout, lightly painted over mold stains and the tub had easily expired long ago. I had no option but to stay as I only booked because I saw 3+ star reviews etc and had a really short layover so I needed sleep. We would NOT go back. "
