              Best hostel in Kuala Lumpur”

              I came for two nights, ended up staying five days, and never wanted to leave! My first backpacker experience and I couldn’t be happier. Staff were really friendly and professional. Facilities were clean. Location was perfect to enjoy the city by walking. I also met awesome people who became my family those days. I highly recommend Step inn too if you’re in Kuala Lumpur. I’m looking forward to seeing you again guys!

              Cheap and very social”

              People like Ann, Will, and Pandu are very happy and accommodating workers. I have been to step-inn too several times and plan on returning at least 3 times before the end of May. For me there is no other choice. Great job!!!!!

              I enjoyed my stay at this place very much. A very good value for your money and location is great too, everything is at a walking distance and plenty of cheap places to eat nearby. Mo, the property manager, is always around and is an extremely helpful and friendly girl. The common area and daily events in which you have the chance to meet other travelers is just awesome and that's what i liked the most about step in guesthouse

              Backpacker's Dream”

              Price is awesome, place is kept clean, AC in rooms. Good hygiene practices like no food and drink from the rooms creates a clean space to rest. There's a kitchen too, free coffee and tea provided. Overall a good place to stay if you're not about the super fancy life. Good group of people to meet there as well.

              It was a good stay! and the staff superb! There was a staff member who was particularly helpful, accommodating and shared his knowledge about Prague with us. Unfortunately I did not get his name but it appeared he assisted the front desk and also carried our luggage to our room.

              Need to improve morning breakfast bread , I'm so angry that receptionist girl asking my (ic) indentity card for deposit then she never give me locker key 😡 cheating!! Someone of Workers housekeeping boy sleeping in my bed! So smelly my towel and my bed!! I'm asking for extend to stay that receptionist say to me "You can't stay 1week" what the hell!! I'm came here for business trip! So Disappointed!!🤪😒😰

              El hostel es muy bueno, personal muy atento y amigable, muy limpio, baños grandes, habitaciones frescas, agua caliente y fría en la cocina,microondas, heladera y tostadora a disposición. Libros y juegos de mesa están disponibles. Se organizan actividades con los huéspedes como peliculas y juegos cada noche. Se veía muy buen ambiente en ese hostel. Muy seguro ya que siempre hay gente en la recepcion. Dispone de lockers en las habitaciones. Lo único a mejorar es el aspecto exterior del hostel, la zona no se ve muy linda pero no vi que pasara nada

              영어 잘하면 가시면 됩니다.”

              5박6일 2인실 이용 했습니다.청소는 한번도 안해주네요.알아서 치우고 주무시면 됩니다.당연히 침대커버도 한번도 교체 안해주고요.위생적으로는 비추!! 사장인지 직원인지 항상 몇분 같이 있습니다.영어 잘하면 같이 놀수는 있는거 같아요.밤에 사장인지 직원인지 모두 술먹고 난리 칩니다. 아메리칸 스타일로 전혀 개의치 않고 자기들 맘대로 합니다. 그래도 지나갈때 미소 한번씩 날려 주기는 합니다.
