Best hostel”
One of the best hostel! Really great spot, beds are comfortable, rooms are big and clean, staff really nice, good vibe at the pool bar and people are respectful in the dorms (quiet place). The only thing is they charge me more than it’s supposed to with Agoda.

My 4 person room had airconditioning that was a portable one and was very loud. Other rooms had central AC. I didnt ask to change rooms as 2 of my roommates were crazy snorrers and the loud ac helped.

agoda don’t show you you are going to be in a share room, on top of that when you arrive , you have to pay a lot of fees ”

Hostel was clean, checkin was quick and easy, room was very good. Only thing I would claim is the restaurant, shisha was bad, employee was unprofessional and for hostel restaurant the price was to high

Not good at all.I woke up three times a night because of the coldness brought by insane air conditioning.I order only one Qesadilla and they charged me for 40 dollars.Unacceptable

Place wasn’t as expected. Receptionist Juan’s shift was over at 11:30pm and he left. The security guard was left behind the counter and the owner of the place was to take over but wasn’t reachable. This situation left no one to check us in. We left and did not get refunded. I wouldn’t book with Agoda either because they promised that they would help solve the issue and give us a credit for a stay somewhere else but they did not.

My friends and I stayed for 4 nights in total. During the first night, the music from hotel's background kept going until 5am and start again around 8am. Even until the second night the music didn't stop until very late into the morning. We didn't have good night sleep in the earlier half of our stay. The location is of the hotel is located in South Beach where most attractions and restaurant are. However, it isn't the most ideal location for 3 girls who don't enjoy the rowdy, going out scene as much. There are times we didn't feel safe. On one instance, a fellow customer after approaching us in the poolside bar, attempted to follow us to our hotel room. The hinge bar lock on our door was also missing, which adds on to the overall lack of security. There were also shootings happened the night we arrived in Miami, where the site was only few blocks away from the hotel. For those who are looking for more laid-back, holiday vibe, I would recommend finding your stay near Miami Beach (north of south beach).

I stayed four nights in this hostel and every staff was so nice and very energetic. Grace was very helpful especially. 한국에서 왔다구 하니까 다들 친절하게 말걸어주고 액티비티도 잘 알려줘서 너무 좋았습니다. 한국인 여행객들 여기 강추합니다.

I was reluctant staying in a hostel bec its my 1st time.... but this first timer was very happy of her experience. Met new friends in the hostel.... even the staff are very nice and all the people i met there i havent had any bad experience. Theres ton of things to do bec of its location its very close to everything. Whether u want to grab a drink,food , go to the beach or walk around.. its very convenient. And the opportunity of having new roomies and meeting new people evry single day from different countries is such a good experience.special shout out to Nicholas.thank u for always helping me on my requests😍
