We've always loved Stoney Creek Inn in Peoria, so we thought we'd give the one in Galena try. All was great, same Northwoods vibe and service, until at 7 am the construction workers started banging on the outside wall! This went on and on. So much for sleeping in. We complained to the front desk, and they apologized and moved us to another room for our second night. So, in the end, it was fine. I'd still recommend them.
Stoney Creek was nice and clean. The staff was very friendy.
