good view but dusty uncleaned room
The family room we stayed was dusty when we checked in. Need to call for room service to sweep and mop. Breakfast are the same for 2 days stay, but various choices available, but the staffs are not enough and the order for baby chair was not entertained. Room is very cold at night, if heater is provided, it would be better. My kids and in law are happy staying there.

A disappointing Trip
My kids like the garden fish pond with a wooden bridge, playground and swimming pool ... I like the hill view, flora and greenery in the resort... We like the bathroom and the hotwater shower... I dont like the bed, sofa, cleanliness in the room... My wife find the salad bar is dissapointing and my kids dont like the buffet breakfast in the morning... It used to have a lot of hibicus in the resort during my last visit few years ago....

Good stay and comfortable
My family and I, stayed in the resort early this year. That was our very first time ever touched down at Cameron Highlands. We were departed from KL via Tapah, Perak. That was such a horrible experience which causing trauma to my baby (1 year old). She had projectile vomited along the way up. The road is long and winding which also made my husband and I felt sick to the hilltop of Cameron Highlands! We were also very unfortunate as it was raining heavily and that was much more terrible to us. It took us 2 hours to reach to resort. Luckily my two elders were sleeping so they were just fine. However, there’s a far and recommended rout to Cameron Highlands. Take the exit at the Simpang Pulai highway (Plus highway) toll checkpoint, then turn right to Cameron Highlands. Road signs are clearly marked so there is no fear of getting lost on the new road. It takes about one and a half hours to reach Simpang Pulai from Tapah by car. This is definitely a better proposition than the Tapah route because of the long three hours drive up the mountains. We stayed only a night. I couldn’t remember the room no but it is so spacious and we really like the décor. The hotel itself is well maintained and clean, with a nice colonial feeling to it. The room we had was spacious with a little balcony and a beautiful view. Interior was nice and well chosen in a black and white scheme. Bathroom was also good quality and spacious. Distance to night market and town is just about 6km away. Overall, it is a very good stay for family with small kids like us and to anyone. Will surely come again in the next visit.

A decent hotel with indoor pool. Facilities need an upgrade though.
Great place to stay, however some of the equipment in the room are quite dated and are begging for an upgrade. Breakfast buffet spread was quite disappointing and does not match the room rate.
