When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

In order to guarantee the reservation, prepayment by credit card is made on the date of booking. The remaining balance is settled on location. After booking you will receive an email with arrival information and a prepayment statement, providing the credit card has been successfully charged. Arrival outside check in hours may incur additional fees, please check with the agency directly. Please note that the rest of the balance is to be settled upon arrival with your host. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
