I am a local. I stay at Studio M many times to study for exam as home environment not conducive. Thank you Jonathan, Mervin, Ryan and Fedelia for helping with my requests. I stay in the hotel room most of the time to study, so I requested for the room that can see river. Jonathan tries his best to accommodate to my request. My exam ends at 12pm, so I could not check out at 11am and room is fully booked for next day check-out. I requested to extend to 2pm. Mervin was very helpful, he extended room for me FOC. Most of the hotel reception staff are helpful. I stayed at Premier Loft. Premier Loft room is spacious. Room is clean and bright. Hotel is within 15minutes walking distance to HaveLock MRT station. There is a small 7-11 opposite hotel. A bigger 7-11 and NTUC supermarket are located at UE Square, UE Square is within 8minutes walk. If you want to experience staying in Studio apartment style hotel, and explore Robertson Quay or Clarke Quay area, this hotel is recommended. Or you need a quiet space and a large work desk, Studio M is recommended. Room Cleaning Service I requested to do it in evening when I’m out for dinner, as I’m in the room in the day time (studying), and they accommodated to my request. Hotel staff accommodated to my request to clean in the evening when I informed the reception or the cleaner directly. Room Cleaning service is standard, they changed all the used towels and make my bed. I still saw see hairs on the floor, perhaps not all staff vacuum the floor? Breakfast is almost the same food every morning, but sufficient. There is Chinese porridge, American breakfast bread, salad, ham. Fruits, milk, tea, coffee, fruits. Overall a good stay at Studio M as a frequent stayer.
