The cleanest and most comfortable room, the water heater works well. Last time I came here it was not working, but now it is. My suggestion to Ms. Michelle is to maybe add a Netflix package so guests can enjoy their stay even more.

Have been a regular here because the cleanliness is guaranteed and the cooking utensils are complete, but sometimes it's a shame that the water in the toilet is broken and detached.

Had some Issues”
Checked in late at night, 12am, no electricity. Called the host many times, no answer (she responded 30min before that). Apparently there is another main switch hidden in the kitchen cabinet and it was turned off. It was 2 hours without electricity. I purchased electricity from the building technician thinking that it wasn't included with the room. The host finally replied at 2.40am on how to turn on the electricity. 1 day later, had issue with electricity again, for 7 hours. The owner came and apologise, fixed it. Another issue I encountered was the toilet, hot water wasn't consistent and there's seem to be some leaking, so the uneven bathroom floor is always wet. The apartment lobby is located at the basement parking. So its really difficult for Grab/GoJek delivery after the mall closes. Wifi provided. Kicthen got gas,culinary, you can cook some light stuff. Easy access to mall at GF. Not many TV channels. No towels. The place is ok if host can fix toilet.
