location, cleanness, room size, staff, everything is fine. and there is kitchen, so we can cook meal. we can save money. but the important point for this studios floreal is no wifi!!! you have to go to mcdonald to use wifi. it was the only problem for me.

Quite nice, it is an bed and breakfast hotel. It was a 6~7 storey resident building and the one room apartment given to us was on the 6th floor. building had a lift, so no worries.. no breakfast or food menu available as you get a one room apartment on rent with some tea/coffee bags, however it is no big deal as the place is centrally located and there are so many restaurants nearby.. Very Close to Nice railway station (few blocks away), tram station was next door. excellent location and the view from balcony was amazing.. nice cheap hotel considering you are using it only to sleep as there Nice is such a wonderful place that you will be out of the hotel for most of the time.

Great location but there isnt a wifi”
I had the best days in nice. The hotel is located in the bustling town center, near the SNCF station and the tramway station. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and convenient shopping. Hotel overlooking the beautiful view and quiet. The only thing that the internet should be no disadvantage to those who need access to network.

Lovely hotel like apartment”
It is quite a large room when compared with other hotels in France. It is rather like an apartment rather than a hotel. The room was equipped with cooking utensils, hair dryer, etc. It was nice and suitable for long stay which you are not expecting to have any room service even for cleaning up. However, the room was clean and tidy. The location is wonderful with only 5 mins walk to train station, supermarket and main shopping spots. Only 20mins walk to waterfront. Overall, it is worth staying.

Good value for money”
Very good location, right in the middle of Nice but windows double glazed so quiet enough. Bed very comfortable, I actually slept well. Would recommend if you are on a budget, especially with the kitchen facilities for preparing meals, although I did washed and soak in hot water all cutleries and plates as they didn't look very clean. Price is ok for accommodation so good value. Would recommend if you are not very picky.

A City Stay Close to Transport and Restaurants”
Excellent location in centre of city, but remember that this can mean that there will be traffic noise during the day if double glazed windows are open. Not air conditioned so choose your time of year however just right for when we travelled in late May. Kitchenette area well equipped for preparing breakfast and simple meals. En-suite shower room had plenty of hot water at all times. Rachael the local representative was very helpful.

Nice position”
It was also very noisy at night, if you like quiet night, don't go there. Everything was basic, I was disappointed that there was no soap in the bathroom. I never experienced that. Otherwise we had very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful Nice.

โดยรวมทุกอย่างโอเคมากๆ แต่เนื่องจากไม่ใช่โรงแรม เลยไม่มีคนมาทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เราไปถึงประมาณ6โมงเย็น ตอนที่เราไปเช็คอิน จึงไม่มีเคาท์เตอร์เช็คอิน ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ เลยไม่มีกุญแจเข้าพัก โชคดีมีคนฝรั่งเศสแถวนั้น(พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยได้)ช่วยโทรคุยเรียกคนดูแลตึกที่เกี่ยวข้องกลับมาให้กุญแจพวกเรา พอกลับมาพวกเขาก็ดูแลเราดี และมีอินเตอร์เน๊ตให้ใช้ฟรีในห้องได้ด้วย

숙소 안에 전자레인지 토스트기 커피포트 드라이기 이런 것들이 다 있어서 매우 편리했어요! 역이랑 가깝고 트램정거장이랑도 가깝고, 니스바다까지는 10분정도 걸리는데 천천히 걸어가기도 딱 좋았어요!

괜찮은 니스 호텔”
해변 걸어다니기 좋고 냉장고, 오븐, 레인지, 식기 도구 모두 갖춰져 있어서 음식 해먹기 좋다. 다만 에어컨이 없다. 샴푸, 린스, 비누도 없으며 수건도 갈아주지 않는데 우리는 특별히 한번 갈아줬다. 빨래 건조대가 있어서 빨래 하기 좋다. 기차역 바로 옆이라서 다른 도시로 이동도 편하다.
