The units are quite clean and the owner is fast response👍 Suggestion: To provide more than one pair of key (instead of just one) to ease the tenants (eg: 3 rooms 5ppl can access to the unit separately) To check and fix the door issues. Some doors (room&toilet) are quite hard to open and close.

Firstly, I will never leave bad review for anyone in Agoda (I travel almost every month) but this is my first because it was that bad. Second, the owner of this property told us they will provide 2 parking lots. Coming close to the date, they refused to provide 2 parking lots until i had to offer them RM300 as booking deposit. They are smart, they told us 1 day before the booking date and when your card has been charged so you have no option to cancel it and book elsewhere. Next, we used hair mask in the washroom but the owner accused us of using hair dye. When we ask prove, she refuse to give. Then, she expects you to leave the property at 11.30am, take lift and go to the parking, bring your luggage to the car, drive your car to her restaurant and handover the keys to her by 12pm. We cleaned the apartment for her, came out at 12pm, went to our car, rearranged the luggage and drove to her restaurant to handover the keys at 12.20pm and for that she charged us additional RM30 (deducted from our deposit) because we handover after 12pm. Her reason was her maid comes at 12pm. I dont know who in a good state of mind hires 12pm cleaning service when the checkout time is 12pm. I wonder if she expect us to fly from the unit to her restaurant to handover the keys. No tolerance at all. And lastly, when i booked her apartment, the review was 9 plus over 10 and now it is 8 plus only. Most probably people have realised that booking at this place is a mistake. She also kept harassing me through whatsapp even after i told her to stop. The owner is going to reply to this review with absolute nonsense without any proof, please read both of our review and decide.
