Breathtaking view and lots of activities for family and kids”

Important: The resort is located next to Tham Krasae Bridge Railway Station, which is one station before Tham Krasae Station if you are taking the train from Kanchanaburi towards Nam Tok. The view is breathtaking. Skimpily loved the place. Clean room. Lots of activities for family and kids. Good breakfast. Just communication with staff was little challenging in English. The resort do not have any rental bike or taxi nearby. We recommend to have your own transportation if one wish to travel to other side seeing places.

The resort is located next to Tham Krasae Bridge Railway Station, which is one station before Tham Krasae Station if you are taking the train from Kanchanaburi towards Nam Tok. Room is spacious, but staffs dont really speak English so sometimes it’s hard to communicate, but their services are really good. You can see the train passing by while having breakfast in the morning, which is a breathtaking view. Anyway it seems that I couldn’t search for the hut rooms in Agoda or anywhere else, was thinking if we can actually book the cabin hut room?

Perfect location, quite and wonderful”

We were 2 adult and 2 kids (4yo and 2yo) and we do not speak Thai. The staff has been lovely with us, it was very nice. About the hotel, the view is wonderful with green grass, the river, the train... Epic ! You have different choices for rooms. Swimming pool is small but there plenty of other thing to do around so it was not a problem. We went to see elephant, trains, water falls.. I really recommend this hotel !!!!

water adventure park disappear, no more active...., zip line very poor, and need to paid every descent. big advertising on the web page but nothing to do there. euro-star adventure, the advise on the web is for all who less then 85 kg, but no advise for child under 40 kg can t do it., then nothing to do for child, either the zip line child can t do it. safari paintball closed... other weak point, the 2 Double bed Room have light coming from outside all night can t sleep well, they make big window in the bathroom and big window in the room, then the light come through, really bad for this high price hotel

Fun stay”

Everything is good. Except for the EUROSTAR ride. I felt it's too dangerous. They should hv kayaking but they hv just rafts which is supposed to carry 10 pax. It's disappointing for this. Otherwise it is quite a good stay.

Resort have a good location, staffs are nice and friendly. Bud bad luck they have big group event in same time and very noisy from concert event whole evening until 11:00P.M. and noisy from the same group guests after party until 1:30 A.M. suggest check with resort to avoid big group events before made the reservation.

The room I got was in those floating cabins. It was nice but the keys to the door was an issue. I was not able to lock my room whenever I leave the room and have to pass in my friend's room through the back veranda. The staffs are friendly and helpful but if you are a foreigner then it's hard to communicate. I like the place and it is nice to stay for a weekend, they have adventures to do. The food was good generally Thai food. The breakfast choices were ok. the soup station is a must try. Dessert station is fun for kids (other guest kids) coz I was alone on this travel.

The location is beautiful and the staff try their best but are painfully junior and untrained. The buildings are in disrepair and many dead insects were found in our room. There was no wifi access in our room. The entire room service menu was in Thai and next to nil English support.

The view is great. Some popular attractions are at walking distance. Helpful staff too. However, ensure to carry your own toiletries. They don't provide tooth brush & toothpastes.
