Suarsena Bungalow Ubud

It was advertised as with internet but 2hen asked they have said No internet for the room we booked , fan not working in a fan only room and bathroom drain not working. Worst service ever in Bali which is known for good service. Do not book. Cheaters..

I booked this for about 41++ SGDfor 2nights stay + breakfast included. Google Amp Pin Location in Agoda is wrong, i walk back & from for about an hour just to find its exact loacation: >>> its in the street alley beside TROPICAL Restaurant then walk inside around 400m -it is safe though. Arrived there staff is great, friendly & helpful :) Pool is small and hotel is kinda old. The foom they gave me AC is not working & i found it very filthy coz its old... so they shifted me to another room and it is fine. I booked this bec of its location & i thought every room jas Shower and BathTub- i just go after bathrub coz i love winding every tiring day in there. Unfortunately no Bathtub -only Rain Shower (w heater). Only prob is that i couldnt find to sleep- AC needs servicing... im kinda cant sleep withought it and i cant feel the cold even though adjusted it already. All i can say js that it needs a more of repainting all rooms and cleanliness. Bathrooms also dont have essentials like soap+shampoo+toothbrush (though i understand i book it in a cheap amount so i only got what i paid for)

This is my first visit to this Bungalow , the staff are helpful , friendly, good service and good location. I love this place. Especially the nice cooling birds melody in the early morning outside our room. This place very near to Ubud morning market . I can visit the market every morning before 7am closing. We are really appreciated the 5 days stay, Thanks you again. We will come back again. keep it up!

Location is so so, you have to walk for about 3-5 minutes to reach the main road. Location is a bit tricky because it is located in the street, our grab driver was not able to locate it at first. But, all in all are good, the service from the staff, the room, and also the pool is cute. Breakfast is okay. The price of their rooms are good. I would recommend suarsena even for the budget traveller.

It's just a walking distance to Ubud Market which makes it a good place to stay. As for the cleanliness, the bedsheets had stains and I don't like the smell. The Wi-Fi connection wasn't good enough- I had to go outside the room to get a good internet connection. Overall, it is still worth the price. Good enough.

Aircon worked, pool was there but the reality is, it's a cheap accommodation with below average features. The bed was just sponge, bugs appeared everywhere in the morning and the shower head was at my neck. We paid more for a dulux room, I ahte to think what the normal room was. Breakfast was included and tasted great. WiFi does not work in the room, only by the pool. Just not up to our standard.

Pictures is very deceiving, the hotel location is a crap though its near the market yes, the street is very small where the car can get in. Way going to the hotel u will see the trash from neighbour where they juts out their trshes and smells like a dead rats, the property once you go inside holy moly, the sorrounding is very dirty... very small.

Overall Suarsena was not the worst experience I’ve had, but I must admit that there were some general things that I didn’t appreciate. The first being, that we actually didn’t get the room we paid for. Neither of the rooms showed as Standard Double on Agoda looked remotely like the one we ended up having. Besides it said that toiletries where included - which they weren’t. And then there’s the fact that the mattress was mouldy and the blanket/duvet didn’t have any bed linens on it which I find unhygienic. The location of Suarsena however is still fairly decent, you have access to a pool, though we didn’t use it, and it is fairly cheap compared to what you get. Also, there is a small, simple breakfast included. However, not getting what is promised on Agoda’s site makes me not want to recommend Suarsena to anyone else.

Very dirty, mosquito infested, completely sealed room with no ventilation, foam mattress that sinks, towels dirtier than floor mat, construction noise and debris strewn in front of my room, no mini soap bar or hot water can be provided

In a little street near to the Main Street, great localization with a swimming pool. Too bad that the bed’s sheets were dirty and didn’t smell so good. By the way, it was impossible to receive the WiFi wherever we were in the hostel. So you can consider that there is no WiFi at all :) and it will be ok. And about the breakfast it was ok but you can’t choose with the menu (most of the choice was Unavailable). So for this price, you can find a better place quite similar :)

Suarsena Bungalow is in the centre but in a small street where you don’t notice that you are in a such touristic town. The swimming pool and the garden are so peaceful.

The location is great as we can just walk out and find everything - no need for a taxi in Ubud. The place is quiet and looks great from the outside, but the room is quite old, especially the bathroom. Breakfast is bad, oily-greasy omelette and we didn't get what we ordered. The staffs are nice though

Staff are very accommodating. They also provide bicycle (35k/day) and motorbike rentals (60k/day with insurance). Breakfast is so-so for the price. They only provide towels and tissue, you need to bring your own shampoo/soap. Cleanliness could be improved specially for the towels and comforters. Location is very convenient, it is located at the center of Ubud. Overall, place is great and we would likely be staying here again. ❤️

The facilities were beautiful and the location was really great. The banana pancake breakfast was tasty (nothing like American pancakes) and the staff was nice.

+ Location is great , 5min walking to ubud palace and ubud market; 10 minutes to monkey forrest; lot of restaurants and shops on monkey forrest road! Rooms are clean and the couches in front of it very comfortable! The pool is beautiful and relaxing as well. Have there own laundry service (15k /kg)! Staff is nice, just knock on the door if you cant find anyone ! - Nothing !!!!!

Old motel or home with narrow gate. Fake picture of pool. Is only fit with 8 guys. Un professional staff. They sleep at working hour and suprised by you came then don't know how to manage booking. The shouldn't register i any app or platform. They not ready for new tech. Old style and poor management

Great location right in ubud. But not noisy at all!. The bungalows was cosy and it was nice with the breakfast outside the bungalow!

Not valuable.Don’t go.The room is dirty and hot.The fan is broken and look dangerous.When I booked,there was a air-conditioner in the room photos,but it was removed in the real room.The staff didn’t mention anything,he just left.Then no one serve me the breakfast in the morning.The room wifi is quite weak.How horrible experience I had.Think twice before you book this terrible hotel.

Not my first stay here and it's always perfect ! Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast and quiet room ! They didn't clean the room everyday but they did it if you ask ! Located in a quiet street in the center of Ubud !

Great location, can walk to pretty much anywhere. Rooms are clean and hot showers are always a winner for me! The pool is clean, only downside is it's not in the sun so a little chilly. The balconies provide a lovely space to chill out. Only downside was some guests being noisy late at night/early morning (3/4am) and playing loud music. I would remind people that a homestay is exactly that, staying in someone's family home. I thought it was really rude behaviour. If you want to be noisy stay in a hostel!
