    Book under susasana management!Dont go for subhome!”

    First time taking suasana under sub home. Price is cheaper compared to booking under suasana management but you get what you pay for. First off the wifi is limited! Secondly there were cleaniness issues! There were small cockroaches around the pantry but we were in for a suprise when we saw a big flying cockroach hiding in the comforter of the master bedroom bed before checking out!Made us wonder if we had slept with the cockroach the whole night. My word of advice is book under suasana management.Subhome,pls level up ur housekeeping maintainence!

    Pros & Cons ”

    Bring your own towels, they don't give enough since its private you cannot ask the reception ither. Especially if you have childrens. Difficult to contact the host, no replies at all. Gave a number but it was directed to another hotline (not sure as the guest reception helped us called) Had to wait 15 minutes for the person to come down which i find very troublesome. Room + Toilet was slightly dirty plus smelly and balcony was wet when we check in. No washing machine. Need improvements.

    Great but not”

    Location is great, room is great and facilities are great. But we were off to a really bad start. We had to wait for an hour before we could even check in. And we were surprised to have our rooms cleaned when we didn’t request for it. I will consider staying there again.

    Horrible horrible!!!”

    Location is good BUT when we reached, electricity power shut Off for awhile it’s fine. Enter the apartment, no wifi. Whatsapp the person he said will enquirer management but did not gave us any reply thereafter even after check out. Then why state free wifi?! When there wasn’t any. This is rly bad. Next, first time I encounter no hot water for shower. WORST STAY EVER..... book at your own risk

    Good location”

    The cons: - no specific instructions to check in - the front desk told me to contact the agent but i dont have any number to call . Lucky they have the list of agents number - tried to call the agent but call in was barred. Thank god i have data roaming. Have to whatsapp call the person. - Not enough towels & toiletteries. PLS BRING YOUR OWN - Only got 1 complimentary parking eventhough i booked 3 b3droom apartment. The other car need to pay. And its pricey Pros -just across City Sq mall and Komtar - Got halal toast box next to the suites.

    One of the worst experience ”

    The check in procedure was not sent to us and we have a hard time to check in and the room was terrible, we book 3 units and 2of it had issue with cleanliness and there is no towel on one of the units and hot shower was not working. Called the staff and event hough we check in late and found out the issue in the later days the staff just shut the phone off and left us no options. The other room has a terrible smell on the toilet and have to change room to solve the issue. Will only book with the suites and residence official management while not subhome anymore.

    No help desk ,no wifi ,no enough towel ,no phone to call out ,aircon no cold ..too many no ”

    1st when you book online ,you are told the rooms come with wifi from Agoda . By the time i reached the room ,then I notice he never give me wifi password .And I couldn’t get him as there was no phone for me to reach him and no wifi for me to recah my relatives in JB. Ended up I needed to go purchase a prepare card to call the agent at 6pm plus.Agent told me all room without wifi ,they don’t know why Adgoda posted with wifi. Called Adgoda at 6pm plus ,an officer say will get back to me sooon . After 10pm plus then agent texted to offer me discount for next booking but I rejected their bad service and bad follow up . Agoda only offer me to check out at 11pm plus last min and rebook other hotel. With a old man with wheelchair and 2 childrens ,they expect me to change room at this timing for full refund. I rejected the offer and request someone for their higher management to call me back ,but nobody call me today till 7.30pm and I am already back to Singapore ytd .

    Airbnb style, should list instructions for checkin on Agoda.”

    Location is good. Easily access to Komtar JBCC and City Square. We arrived after 9pm so we were worried when the reception said this booking is not with them but something like Airbnb arrangement. With no local Sim Card, we had to ask the receptionist to help us call the number on the booking form. Suggestion to list arrival procedure on your property site. On top of that, the Master bedroom toilet had a musty smell that emanated to the bedroom. Difficult to sleep with the smell.

    Cups were dirty coffee stain Towel only given 3 whereas i booked for 4 adults. They sent 1 more towel after request made but the towel was damp. No toothbrush/toothpaste provided. Need to improve on cleanliness.

    Cozy for homestay”

    Staff was friendly and upgraded us to a bigger unit as we were early for the check in but room was not ready. Apartment is generally clean but the floor is a little 'sticky'. Other than that, will come again and recommend to friends! Great for family staycay too!

    Me and my parents had a pleasant stay at the two-bedroom suite. The unit was well taken care of and was really clean. Definitely worth the value. Location wise was convenient as well as it was just walking distance away from JB Sentral. Would consider coming back again! :)

    Its best if the staff could at least send send an email to update us on the check-in similar to how airbnb works given that the property is shared with Suasana mgmt itself. It confuse ppl further by heading up to the lobby counter to check in.

    didn’t let us know about the check in & check out time after sending tons of messages then on the day itself texted me @ 1pm that check out time is at 12pm but in the instructions texted last night was saying that it’s 3pm. told him about it, replied me saying that it’s his housekeeping time. never coming back. apartment was pretty good tho.

    Location - very central, next to CIQ, and other malls. Staff - this was for the entire home, so staff was not as trained in hospitality as a hotel would. Rooms - large, clean (it is brand new) Bathrooms - clean, and acceptable size Kitchen - enough amenities
