Best place to stay for your holiday !!”
As for us we stayed for 3 nights and really loved the location and the room itself . Our room was at 31st floor with an amazing view and loved the ambience . Everything we needed was there . Breakfast didn’t had much choices but it tasted good . There were also many shops just downstairs of this place so it’s really convenient if you want to buy small things like toothpaste, toothbrush ,snacks or just have Toast Box . All staffs were kind .. Security Guards are 24hours on duty for our help or any queries which made us feel more secured even on a foreign place . Will surely recommend and will stay myself whenever I will travel to KL . Thank you team for our amazing stay 😊.

From the reception check in to check out, there's nothing to complain. We were expected and hence check in was a silky smooth process that took less than 15 minutes! Breakfast was simple but adequate. The unit was simply neat and clean. Electrical equipment works. I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. Unfortunately, if you drive , parking is not complimentary but during my stay, there was some parking issues and did not have to pay a single cent. Recommended!

Perfect stay to change environment after working from home for months. The only thing comment, they did not provide broom for us to clean the room especially when u have a small kids who likes to create mess. The rest all ok.

Nice and clean room. The lady boss at the cafe is super friendly. Nice to chat with! Only the security at pool area was abit hush, talking to visitor with rude attitude. And as for the Storekeeper they just enter our room while we out, to place the mineral bottle although we did not put any sign for cleaning or service. Overall all is good! Will come back again here for sure. As for the cafe lady boss nice to meet you, my family really enjoyed and appreciated your service! 😊

we stayed at 2nd eid mubarak due to PKP. since we cant go anywhere. miss susan very nice person. allowed us to check in at 12.00 pm. explain anything we should do. our room 3201 facing to kl tower. such amazing view and very calm. my kids enjoy soak in bathtub since we cant swim at pool. but over all we are happy.

KLCC Break”
We stay in KL but went for a weekend in KL and had a great stay at Suasana Suites Bukit Ceylon. Free parking, great 2 bedroom suite with views of the Twin Towers and Tower from the balcony. Walking distance for all city attractions. Swimming pool has to be booked as residents use it too and have priority. Breakfast is simple but ok. Will go back for sure.

The location is great, in walking distance to Bukit Bintang or Chinatown. The room was very big and very comfortable, Kitchen and ironing board were a bonus. The cleaning was not 100 % for European standards, I would suggest more effort into clening. The mattress and pillow were confortable. the swimming pool is really nice and the cafeteria at the pool is cosy. Will definetly go back
