it was horrible. first, i was denied check in. the front office staff insisted that i should stay on february 7th, while i'm obviously booked to stay on january 31st. i showed the agoda voucher to him, he can read on that paper that it is january 31st, but he kept saying, "you're booking for february 7th!" omg! is this some kind of punk'd or just for laugh or something...
