Checked in here overnight for a biking event in the area. Staff were very accommodating and were okay with my minor requests for checkin and checkout. In our room, I was able to hear the singing from the next door bar but it did not bother me that much. Will definitely book again whenever I’ll join a bike event in the area :)

The location is great, but no other activities to do in the hotel esp if you have kids. No pool/cant swim on the beach either.☺ just for a staycation/rest after a long drive.

Hotel lived up to expectations! Nice and comfortabled bed. Staff were warm, cheerful and helpful. My kids liked this place. Will definitely choose this again if we go back to Subic.

Then at night time we can’t sleep since the bar played music until 2 am, I asked them to move us but they never did. Another thing we asked for toilet paper we waited 5 hours before they send it

Stayed in Diamond hotel recently, the location is very nice, near convenience store and well known restaurants in the area. What's not nice were we booked one room with balcony, the one given to us no balcony, need to change room due to poor ac. Toilet bowl not clean, sink not clean. breakfast is good. If you're looking for a place to stay overnight within subic this is okay but staying long we do not recommend.

8 booked 3 rooms and basic expectation was not met based on price I pay. The only thing nice was the huge bed and the rest is disaster. The foor is full of dust, CR was so dirty, TV is not working well, wifi was so slow on the 3rd floor and almost non on our 4th floor room

Budget Meal Traveler”
If you are a regular traveler and used to having a nice, clean, and comfortable room, then this is not for you. The room that we used was dirty (especially the toilet) and the AC unit is not so cold (even if the thermostat was set to max). There was no foot rug, no slippers. There are only 2 pcs of hangers. We suggest you bring your own toiletries and bedroom slippers.

I feel that the room was not worth the price. I guess I just paid for the sea view and balcony so I guess I’m ok with that. But other than that it’s just so-so. No mini-bar, no fridge, room is not that big. Breakfast is also a-ok. The smell on the ground floor was also not pleasant. The location is really good though I hope they at least improve the place.

Subic Diamond Hotel”
Technically a three star hotel, I rate Subic Diamond as a two star hotel. Hotel staff were average at best. Exterior Doors were left open all night long, allowing humidity in and potentially rodents. Every morning, 6 am,, the security guard would play music, loudly. The window style air conditioner was loud, cooled nicely, but loud. My second room, 201, had an unsecured 220 v outlet. The window coverings let light in and made it impossible to sleep in. The restaurant specializes in Chinese style cooking, no sure which region of China it chose to emulate. A tiny Chinese food store operated just inside the lobby and a coffee shop, that did not open until 11 am, operated on the opposite side. The beach location is nice, one of the few available at Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Unfortunately the Subic Bay Freeport Administration is allowing the side walks to deteriorate. Weeds are pushing up the nice brick sidewalk near the hotel and bricks are missing. Subic Bay Freeport Zone is becoming a developing nation example.

Everything was satisfactory, although we waited for almost 1 hour for our food during breakfast to arrive. As per the staff, they were waiting for the orders to increase so they can cook it in bulk. It was supposed to be something that they anticipated. Other than that, everything is just fine.
