2+ km far away to center but there is a bicycle complimentary so you can get to old town market easily, I called a grab bike so many time but they all reject to pick up from the hotel

Amazing stay! brand new place ”
We stayed at this place for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family were so nice and did everything they could to help us. The rooms are huge! And the bathrooms are stunning. Everything is brand new and perfectly clean. The location was a little out of town about a 25 min walk but this wasn’t a problem because bicycles were provided for free. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Hoi An look no further this place is by far the best we have stayed so far in Asia.

As soon as we got here, we knew we'd be staying longer than originally booked (we've been here 2 nights longer so far, and hope to stay for another 3!) It's conveniently located just 2 km from town, it is possible to walk to everything (or preferably use the free rental bikes (which have locks) to get there). The room is clean, modern, spacious, with a great balcony (with two chairs and table), a fridge, working flat screen TV (with a few English movie channels), a very comfortable bed and great A/C! The family who own the place are absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always happy to help (they even accommodated our (many) food allergies for the free breakfast included with our room!). The hotel is located in a quiet area at night and the pool is perfect for afternoon swims when it's hot out! For the price, this has been one of the nicest rooms we've had in our 3 months traveling in Asia. Book this place and you won't regret it!

Probably the best value for money I have stayed in through all the countries I have visited so far! The personal was really friendly and very helpful. They even came out to meet us with an umbrella everytime it was raining when we came back. It is relatively close to the old town (walking distance, but they do have bikes you can borrow). The rooms were very clean and looked nice. The rooms are big and our room even had a good sized balcony. The breakfast was good, tasty.

We had a great stay at the Villa. Although, we had the room on the first floor which has no privacy. The doors were facing the pool... impossible to open the curtains unless you want the other guests to see you. We also didn’t have a little table with chairs like all the other rooms. The other door was next to the kitchen... starts at 7:30 which can be early when you’re on holiday! Otherwise, the shower was amazing!!! Great pressure, massive bathroom. Big and comfy bed! We slept like babies!

Fantastic place to stay mum children ages 13 & 17 loves it riding the bikes into the markets alongside the scooters was an experience they say they will never forget. The owners are lovely people. The place is only newly built very clean great service will definitely stay again and recommend to others. One questions why was the pool not clean as we would have used it. Regards Kellie

The host doesn’t speak much English but was still a delight and helped us with everything we needed help with :)) we enjoyed staying a bit out of town and the free bikes you can use make it a 5 minute trip in. Our room was so lovely and spacious plus the pool was such a great bonus!! 10/10 would definitely recommend! :))

Sehr bequemes Bett, geräumiges und schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber, Balkon, schöner Pool, gratis Fahrräder, nettes Personal. Frühstück nicht reichhaltig, für den Preis jedoch voll ok. Keine Reinigung und Tücheraustausch während des Aufenthaltes (3 Nächte). Etwas ab vom Schuss, mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber in 5 Min. in der Altstadt. Wir würden wieder buchen.

这家酒店位置很差 离古城和海边都很远 我以为水椰林在这才订的这家 后来发现水椰林在十公里外的另外方向 出门不好打车 租的摩托车要15万 其实是12万就可以 没有热水壶 第一天的早餐是泡方便面 别的菜单看不懂 枕头舒服 床单不舒服 没有晾衣杆 对面晚上会念经 每天凌晨有鸡叫 只有女老板一人会英语 游泳池不是每天换水 收费混乱 不能刷信用卡 我退房的时候因为账目纠纷耽误了我十分钟坐车 又被迫去昂贵手续费的atm临时取钱 我说了无数个对不起 借过 excuse me sorry 插了好多个队才赶上飞机 他只有十分钟就截止登机了 到现在我还后怕
