Dirty and out of service room full of dust. Light bulb was broken and I had to change it myself. Then the aircon exploded we had to move all the unpacked stuff then second room got dirty toilet that we have to move again. Horrible sleep.

Like many hotels in Ban Chang, this hotel uses plastic mattresses. And no mattress pad, so you're sleeping on a thin sheet on plastic. This is very uncomfortable. The window is a small window over the balcony door, too high to see out of, so feels like a windowless room. The photos of the room are deceiving, the room does not look like the photo.... No bedstand, no lamp. They purposely avoid showing a photo of the window. In summary, the room is an old cheaply furnished room with terrible mattress and basically no window.

I don't want to review the disadvantages. It depends on each person's judgment. It is an apartment building. The room feels like a dormitory. The room is not well finished. The bed sheets and blankets are brown. The towels have to be requested. There is a refrigerator, a smart TV, a water heater, and a powerful shower. The air conditioning is very cold. There are only power outlets on the floor. I want to emphasize that this is an apartment, not a hotel. There is parking available. There is an elevator. A 300 baht deposit is required for the key. I won't stay here again next time. It's not convenient or comfortable. I have stayed at better places for this price. Thank you.

พนักงานไม่มีการประสานงานกับเจ้าของ มีการโทรมาบอกเราว่ายังไม่มีการชำระเงิน โทรจิกเราอย่างกับเราเป็นลูกหนี้ ทั้งๆที่เราตัดบัตรเราไปล่วงหน้ากว่าสองเดือนที่แล้ว พอเราโทรเช็คกับ Agoda ว่าเราจ่ายแล้วนี่เดินขึ้นมา บอกว่าเรียบร้อย พอเราถามไปว่าสรุป ว่าใครผิดพลาด เธอก็บอกว่าทางAgoda ไม่ได้ทำการแจ้ง เราก็พักและจองกับAgoda มาหลายที่ไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้ เราเสียความรู้สึกเลย

- พนักงานดูงงๆ แต่น้องผช.ที่น่าจะเป็นเจ้าของยิ้มแย้มต้อนรับดูแลดี - จองห้องมีระเบียงไว้ แต่ได้ห้องไม่ตรงกับที่จอง ไปบอกพนง.ที่เคาเตอร์ก็งง ไม่สามารถแก้ปัญหาได้ จนลูกค้าไม่เปลี่ยนก็ได้จ้าาาา ถ้าจะงงขนาดนี้ - ห้องอยู่ชั้น 5 แต่ลิฟท์มีถึงแค่ชั้น 4 ไม่แจ้งลูกค้า ปล่อยให้งงอยู่ในลิฟท์ - ห้องพักชั้น 5 เหมือนไม่ค่อยมีคนเข้าพัก ห้องสกปรก ลูกบิดห้องน้ำเป็นสนิม เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นเสีย และฝุ่นเยอะมากทั้งโต๊ะและเตียง ส่วนห้องชั้นอื่นไม่รู้เป็นไงแต่ดูหน้าห้องกับประตูดูสะอาดสะอ้านและใหม่กว่า
