Located right next to the main frankton shopping complex, great location! Room rate is a bit higher than what it could have been. But i guess that’s the way it is nowadays because it’s post-pandemic AND high season.

The room is good, location is great, there is a countdown store nearby and many shops. But do not have your breakfast in this hotel, they have discount voucher $25, but that is not a discount voucher, that is the price for your breakfast LOL.

Very new, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. He even helped us book transportation to airport for 5 when we had to leave early morning. We will definitely book with this hotel again.

Location in Frankton”
The hotel is just next to restaurants, shopping centres and groceries, as well as close to the airport. The bad side is reception not 24 hours. Great buffet breakfast. Bedroom is clean though there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, unsure where it was coming from. Otherwise satisfied with our stay.

Good location with a free parking”
We stayed here for 3 night for our semi honeymoon in Queenstown. When we checked in to our room, there was a maintenance repair going on at the next door, the room was smelling paint and noisy. We spoke to the reception, she upgraded our room to the corner room which we loved it so much. View from the room was great, the water pressure was great as well. Staff were friendly, nothing to fault. Thanks for your hospitality.

Convenient location ”
Lovely hotel but poor facilities, have to park our cars away from the hotel overnight as the hotel doesn't have a carpark. We had opt the go green but they didn't even come in to the room to clean the rubbish. We were fine without making our bed and changing our towels but leaving rubbish overnight was kinda disappointing for a hotel with high price

Perfect place to stay to start ur journey in queenstown”
Really nice room set up, clean both of bathroom and bedroom. Have an amazing view. Near airport, free parking and near groceries shop. The breakfast also good, have make your own waffle and fresh juice station. Really recommended.

Comfortable stay! ”
Modern rooms and really comfy beds. The shower had both a rain shower and regular shower head which we liked. There were also little extras like shower bombs and different pillows to choose from! Breakfast had a good spread, including a waffle station and a fruit juicer. It was a small area so don’t expect full fledged hotel breakfast style (no live stations). Had our room serviced and some of the toiletries were not replaced, but someone sorted that out quickly after a call. Also take note they don’t have international adapters as they stated in their website that they could provide - we were told to buy our own from Countdown.

Located in the middle of the shopping complex. Very quiet at night, impeccably clean and very nice decorated rooms with comfortable beds. It’s the little touches that make it great, like the ‘shower bombs’ which are like bath bombs but for showers, and the free drinks vouchers if you choose to ‘go green’ and not have your towels changed. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was varied and piping hot. Would stay again!
