Best hotel stay in India so far. ”
This is a hidden gem in Cochin Ernakulam area and We are so glad we discovered it for our stay. We even extended a day cause we liked it so much. The rooms are exceptional and the customer service is just top notch that ensures your comfort. Helped us with backwater boat arrangements and also cab arrangements to get around. Breakfast was a good variety and the staff was very attentive during the meal. Highly recommended and looking forward to stay next time.

For the price I paid, this hotel really surpassed my expectations! They were very helpful despite my very late check in and they even gave a little free goodie bag that gave us a taste of Kerala’s local snacks!

This hotel claims to be business hotel. However no iron or board, nor hairdryer is available in the room. Cheap shampoo. This is a new property but the shower water regulator was already broken. Staff upon check out instead of thanking me for the info ask i have broken it!!! What an attitude!

Dear Sir, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience with us. As for security reasons we do not place iron or board , hairdryer in the rooms but it is available on requests. Usually the guests enquirers the same to the reception and we provide it to the room, for which you did not asked for. We have used only branded amenities in our rooms unfortunately you did not like the shampoo. Regret to know that the attitude of the staffs was not professional on pointing out a complaint happened in the room. We have taken this matter seriously and educated the staffs for the same.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. It might sound strange, but the towels worth a mention - you will love them :) The food at the restaurant exceeded all expectations, specially when it comes to local food. The locations is great, easy to get to town.

No daily room cleaning. Very much focus on money. Limited breakfast.”
I was there for 2 days, room was not cleaned, when I came back from outside, they was asking to clean room at 4pm, spoiled my sleep. Also When I asked will pay for half day and do late checkout, only allowed till 1700. And continually asking the same question are you taking half day. Very much focus on money. I booked the hotel only checked with rating as I was bit busy on travelling but it does not happened as I was expecting.
