Ordered a deluxe room with a big bed. They gave me a very very small room with the smallest bed I have ever seen. The T V did not work. the sheets had holes in them. there was dusk everywhere.. the coffee pot had things growing in it I was charged 2000 Pecos for the room.. A friend of mine walked in and just booked the room there.. a little bigger than mine. they told her 800 Pecos. When she went to pay for it the changed there mind to 1000. This is hands down the worst Hotel i have ever been in. I think it was a boarding school 100 years ago.

If not for the staff and the transfer of rooms, this could've been zero stars! The ambiance was so eerie, it didn't seem like there's business going on. The sofas in the lobby were all rundown. There's a remark on the booking that there was a renovation but it didn't seem like it. Worst thing is, the whole place reeks of cigarettes! The lobbies reek of cigarettes! I would've had asthma attacks right there and then, thank God I haven't! I don't think this is all legal. I think there's a law against this. Ugh! Never again!

Not good experience at all”
The tap water was muddy early in the morning. Mosquitoes in our room. Like a blood Stain on our sheets. The bathroom showers were smelly. Not up to maintenance standards. The shower pressure was terribly slow. Everything is just old and was not looked after well enough for guests to enjoy and get that value for the money. Staff are nice but the hotel facilities should be maintained well.

This place is disgusting from cleanliness to facilities. NOT worth the price. Good looking in the picture, but disgusting in person! You will regret if you will check in here. There is no free even water bottle, there is a kettle with water but when i open the kettle the water has ants inside then We tried to buy a drinks but when we open the fridge there are water bottles on the front that was half empty. Im not going to recommend this place!
