nice stay during short weekend trip. breakfast is included. the room is modern and spacious. hotel is clean and new. bed is comfortable. room has been quiet each time stayed. safe and convenient location. nice large pond behind hotel that can walk around. nice basic hotel.

This will be the 4th stay for us at this hotel. We love the location, it's always clean, the beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is served with a smile every time. I highly recommend the Best Western Sugarland Inn.

We stayed at this hotel for one week and the staffs working there especially those at the front desk had made us felt at home. They were courteous, friendly and genuinely caring! Our room was actually an apartment - bedroom totally separate from the living room, TVs in both rooms, HUGE place - CLEAN, would only recommend body lotion be provided, none in room at all.

the ad says it had business area room but could not find any. Reception is always empty.

I love our room, it's bright and big. The only complain is the pillows had a weird smell but the breakfast was yummy and the lobby is beautiful. One of my choices in Houston... we'll surely back here.

I was working around that area so I choose to stay there, it was good.. but housekeeping is only once a week.. I was not happy about no cleaning for the week I was there, I had to go to the front every time to ask for towels, toilet paper etc..

If you don't mind staying with people of different walk of like its a fine place. In general, it's not a bad place to stay if on business and back to the room for resting.
