Value for money, Good location, Friendly staffs, Clean Room.”
We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and everything was perfect here. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they clean up the room everyday, the location is perfect and it close to the National Museum. Full of nice food around that area, for my personal favorite I recommend Fat Passion. The room is clean and big with small fridge, hair dryer and safety box.
cheap, clean & comfortable”
great value for fore. close to all major attractions yet quiet enough to sleep at night. Had issues with hot water after first day but decided to not change rooms and accept there offer of a fabulous break fast instead - win win. if your looking for a comfy quiet and clean room at a great price, this is it! thanks team!
Location superb .... staff friendly n tries their best ”
Lovely location...walking distance to riverside attractions. ..national museum is a stone throw away... Orusaey market is about 1.5km away (20mons slow walk) .... local food available within walking distance. However...wear and tear has taken a toll ... n cleanliness needs improvement .... everywhere was dusty.... but linen n towels were clean... staff tries their best to accomodate our needs ;) Overall value for money n looking forward to see improvement in cleaniness department ;)
Friendly Guest house”
The staff at Suite Home Boutique were very welcoming and spoke good English. They were able to help us with bus bookings and other quueries we had during our 4 day visit. The rooms themselves were pleasantly decorated.Soap etc was given only at the beginning. It was not replenished. The hotel was located near some value for money restaurants and was also an easy walk to the Mekong River.
Comfortable room, Superb location, Value for money”
My repeat visit to Phnom Penh but first time staying in this hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 10am+ and was told my double room will only be available after 12noon. But they let me use the twin room just behind the registration counter at the ground floor till then. The twin room has a musty smell as it's without window (it's concrete wall behind the curtain!) and the wifi was not working. Anyway am glad that I managed to nap for 2 hrs. My double room, located at 3rd storey, was ready when I woke up. As comparison, I am very satisfied with my double room for the price I paid. The room size was just right for me although the mattress was a bit hard. The aircon was cold, Wifi was strong and the TV came with lots of International channels. The hot shower was good and the toiletries provided were soap and small tubes of shampoo. The a-la-carte breakfast, which was included in the room rates, came with choices of Khmer fried rice, Asian fried rice, fried noodles and western set (toast, egg etc). Location of hotel is superb - I walked to & fro Royal Palace/Riverfront, Street 240, BKK and Central Market during my stay so did not spend any money on Tuk Tuk. Along the same street, there are some local food stalls, a vegetarian eating place and some bubble tea shops. The negative points is that my room is located at side of the building and the door is facing directly to 3rd floor of the house next door which is now under construction. The construction starts at around 7am even on Sat. And as some has pointed out - as the room is also near the road, it can get pretty noisy. Also the super steep stairs up and down is a challenge, it will be slippery and dangerous if it's raining. Am lucky that it was sunny throughout my stay. Nonetheless, it's still a very good stay with the affordable price.
Friendly staff but is an old and noisy hotel”
Stayed double superior room for 3 nights and located at first floor Pros : - Staff is friendly and they can communicate well in English - hotel location is close to the royal palace and walking distance to riverside area - 2 free mineral water per day - wifi is strong - Suitable for budget traveler Cons : - Hotel is nearby the main road (everyday can hear the hon sound and vehicle passing) and 1 hostel named eureka villa (many China people is staying during my stay so every night starting at 9.30pm, laughing, screaming, walking, party, and chatting will continue till next day morning) - TV is not function at all - Water temperature for hot shower is not really hot - hotel facility is quite old actually - electric shocked when plug the travel adapter - my body was bite by some bed insects on the first night and I request to change the bed sheet on next day - Staircase only so not suitable for family or old folks

Once of the worst hotel experience in SE Asia!!”
For a boutique hotel of its expected kind, this was probably the worst hotel in SE Asia I stayed in. Rooms are pretty large, and facilities are average. However, the location and friendliness of the staff are questionable! Cleaning services were really bad, and I had to request everyday for change of towels and other general services expected of a hotel of this kind. The location is very average. Staff were very slow at work, and unfriendly. It took me over an hour to check out! In the end, staff were asking for more money than what I was expecting to pay as per Agoda invoice! They said the price quoted in Agoda was not right, and I had to pay higher amount. I refused to pay more, and in took a while to reach an agreement. Horrible experience. I would certainly not recommend or stay in that hotel again! You can do much better for the same price in many other hotels in Phnom Penh!
Great location, nice room with comfy bed and great aircon. Only thing that I didn't like was that you have to hand in your key every time you leave to go somewhere. I find that really strange and made me question the safety of my belongings and feel uncomfortable.
Bad bad bad”
Don't stay here
Greeted with my name”
I often stay at this place and it's the best cheapest hotel in the area. I like the room design and location is my favorite. You can grab an iced coffee on the street and walk to the riverside by the palace street. Fantastic!
Made me feel at home”
The hotel is on a perfect location. Right next to the royal palace, national museum, 10 minutes walk from the river and 15 minutes walk from the nightlife at street 136 (tuk-tuk 2dollars). The neighbourhood is Lively but not too busy. The room in stayed in had a street view , was clean, had almost everything i needed. To nit pick I suggest a water cooker. The staff are excellent. I had to extent my stay twice and they did great effort to have me in the same room, contacted the bus company and my other hotel. I highly recomment you this very nice hotel.
Nice place but service mentality to improve greatly”
The room is very nice and part of the staff too.The fact that the cleaning things are all over the place and that they want to charge you for things like water, tea or coffee is very bad because it costs very little money and the place is over 20 euros (having said that, we ended up paying only for coffe after complaining). Some of the staff are friendly but no extra info and a little too convenient for them to say they do not know tuk-tuk prices and things like that (who actually believes that? Not me)
Good value, nice room, good location”
I booked this before checking TA, which is something I usually never do, and saw quite a few bad and average reviews, so I was expecting the worst, but was pleased and surprised to find a nice small hotel in a great location, with a very comfortable bed in a clean room. I've been in Asia a while and have been visiting for 12 years, for the $30 I spent I wasn't expecting 5 stars but it very good value for the money. I may have just lucked out with my room (203 I think) but couldn't have been happier. It was at the side of the building, with a long shared balcony I could sit outside and have a few beers on whilst watching Phnom-Penh below, and catch the sunset. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, had a safe, mini bar and a good sized bathroom and shower Location-wise you are about 10 minutes walk from the water front, and its pretty much next to the The Royal Palace and National Museum. There's plenty of bars and restaurants to explore close by. The staff were really friendly, always said hello and had a smile. All-in-all, I was very happy staying there. In fact, I'm heading back to PP in a few weeks at the end of October and I've booked it again.
Best location and price”
We stayed here 3 nights. Location is just perfect it's just next to royal place . And can walk to national museum 5 min. Room are large bed is comfortable. But have mosquito.wifif is stable.breakfast was good but it was set menu. Staff is very helpful speak good English.only bad is no elevator in the hotel. Will recommend
Caring staff but noisy hotel”
Staff was great and hotel was adorable, but there's a school in the back that can be easily heard starting at 7am and in front you can hear the street noise (honking etc) so if your a light sleeper maybe not the best place for you. Also the beds were hard and lower room had a lot of mosquitoes. Besides that place was nice and staff was very caring and attentive :)
Good resturant with okay rooms.”
Best part of this hotel is the restaurant they focus on Italian food we had a pizza that was made with fresh dough. We watched them roll out the dough in front of us and being that I'm from Chicago its been a while since I've had a home made style pizza. The other dishes were good as well the bruschetta was good along with some Cambodian dishes as well. The room was good cant complain but one issue we had wss the door wasn't level with the ground and there was a bit of an ant problem. we left a piece of candy on the table an it got swarmed by very small ants but once we cleaned it was fine to a major issue. Overall it was a nice place the rooms were just a bit old but comfortable the ac could have worked better but this seemed to be a recurring them in PP.
Clean and comfortable hotel”
Check in to the hotel around 12:30pm. Staff delivered our luggage to the rooms. Steep staircase heading to 1st and 2nd floor. Room on the ground floor is near the kitchen so can be noisy at times. Very clean hotel with nice beds. About 15 mins walk to the riverside however we used the tuk tuk most of the time for safety reasons. Great local food outside the hotel. Overall satisfied with the stay.
very nice staff and good pizza”
Comfortable one night stay, other than the mosquitoes. But mosquito problem was resolved as the staff provided us with the incense. The entire street outside the hotel at night is very quiet, as it is not exactly next to night market/drinking area, but is easily accessible by foot/tuk tuk.
Ok stay, staff was very helpful. ”
For the price (Asia standard) it wasnt amazing. Not sure if hotels in PP are just pricier but I found that for almost $40 AUD it wasn't the best. There were lots of mozzies in the room and it's older then the photos represents. The breakfast was quite small in portion but not sure if this was because it was the free included breakfast. It was really tasty breakfast but if I had to pay I wouldn't have been happy with the size of the meals. It's centrally located near the palace and within walking distance of the river without the excess nose. That' doesn't mean it's quiet so expect to get up early still. Friendly and attentive staff who helped arranged and pay for the tuk tuk when our bus to sihanoukville didn't pick us up.
Really nice hotel next to the Royal Palace”
I really liked this hotel, even stayed there twice. We stayed at tween room, the only problem there was no window. 002 room is better then 001: bigger bathroom, cleaner, bigger. Breakfasts were not perfect, but pizza in there restaurant was really tasty. Nice and friendly staff are also a plus.
