I really loved the place despite of room phone is not working and a bulb in the room is dead. The staffs were amazing, the facility is more than what we expected. Pool was okay and location is great. If I will be at GenSan again i would definitely book at Suites 88 / Venue 88.

My wife and I enjoy our stay at Venus 88 very much although shame it's not located on a beach or water front definitely needs to have a all purpose gym on site as well an atm for customer convience as well over we definitely would recommend venue 88 to anyone traveling to gensan on behalf of the Rodriguez family thanx again venue 88 for your gr8 hospitality n professionalism

very nice hotel, but,”
recently stayed at this hotel while visiting my wifes family in Gen San, the hotel was very nice and very clean, good value for money and the reception staff where great and very helpful, just a pity we cannot say the same about the restaurant staff, they where very poorly trained and every meal time they made lots of mistakes constantly forgetting various items for our meals and we had to repeatedly request service, in fact 2 nights before our departure we where asked to leave the restaurant as they had a private party and basically there where no tables for the hotel guests, most evenings there where very drunk americans at the bar shouting and very drunk while we tried to enjoy our meal, also our last day they closed the pool to hotel guests as they had a private wedding taking over the whole hotel, very disappointing, don't think we will be booking this hotel again.

The interior designs are extraordinary !”
I loved the design of this place. I loved the smell when we first entered our room. So aromatic And itsinterior was beautiful. I can tell they took a hard time decorating the place. Which is a great thing. I just loved everything about this place. The food too was great! Service was fast and delicious! Staff was attentive and helpful. Free shuttle too to airport for us. I would definitely recommend this to those who are looking for a budget-friendly but awesome Place. Would come back too definitely!

It should have been better”
The venue was nice. It is picture perfect. We arrived in the hotel dawn. the room is not prepared and it is small. to think that we upgraded the room to superior room. breakfast was longanisa, hotdog, cornbeef and bangus. Imagine if you are staying there for a long period of time. They are very short in staff. I pity the frontdesk because they are the frontliner. I hope the management do something about increasing their staff. our rooms was not clean until 4pm because of the limited staff.

Good place to stay”
a nice pool, lobby and chill places around. restaurant is a little overpriced (over 400 peso for a freezer-pizza which cost even in Europe 1 dollar in the supermarket, not much love in there... room was clean and good but on the expensive limit for that type of room all in all a very good stay friendly staff nice facilities, place, plants etc. would go there again :)

New, yet far from the city proper”
Our stay was fine in this very cute Suites 88, I guess they should improve manpower in the reception as one man seems couldn't handle various request from their guests. Very long time waiting for check in, much more for breakfast especially if there are events. Staff needs further training in customer service. Would be better if there is Bell Boy that assist in the entrance. Not all rooms have WIFI alot are dead spots.

it was pleasant stay, quite far from downtown, tricycles are available by the roadside outside the hotel. friendly staff. they have good interiors and furnishings. clean room and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Everything is excellent in Suites88 except for their location. They were a bit far from major malls in GenSan and didn't have any convenience store nearby. It was hard to get food if you get hungry in the middle of the night.

Very clean, nice, and really a value for money”
The only thing that I did not like much is the location. It's far from malls and no convenience stores nearby, so it's an inconvenience when you get hungry in the middle of the night.
