Exceptional”
The Signature Suites were exactly as described; beautiful rooms with views to match. We had two suites and they were both perfect. Communication with Hostie was fantastic from before check-in, ensuring everything was okay after check-in, then communicating during the stay to make sure all was good until just before check-out. Would recommend Hostie to friends & family and happily use them again

A good place for family”
This premise is comfortably furnished with a King bed , a sofa bed , working table. The bed is very comfortable. They have basic amenities for kitchen such as microwave, coffee maker, grinder, knife set, a pan, a wok , some glass and chinaware. Maybe you can make yourself a simple breakfast. The thing that I do not like is that they do not offer any slippers and kettle for hot water. There is a problem with the sink but they did not fix properly. The water drain slowly. The check in and check out process is quickly. The bell service is good From the premise , you can walk down some minutes to MGM Grand through connecting corridor and find everything you need like food , shopping and entertainment. It is also very convenient to use monorail service from this premiseto explore Las Vegas

Would NOT recommend booking”
I DO NOT recommend booking through Agoda if you want honest trustworthy staff who will return any items you forget in your room. If you truly want to enjoy the rooms The Signature has to offer book with The Signature so you are not thrown in a Handicap room. We were put in a handicapped room and unable to move to another room when we asked. So we put up with a small tub and shower. Also, after we checked out and realized we left items in the room it took over an hour to recover some of the items we left in the room. I say some because we were never able to recover a wallet with CASH that was left in the room. The Signature staff was great with assisting me in trying to help me recover my items by letting me search the room. However the room had already been cleaned by by agoda’s “You Got It Maid Houskeeping” who so happen to find all the items I was missing except for my wallet with CASH inside!!! Do not use agoda if you want friendly trustworthy staff!!

The hotel was excellent. Disappointed with the fact that it was a vacation rental as oppose to a hotel. Had to call for room service as oppose to having it automatically done. Didn't have a coffee bag in my room even after called and specifically requested. Little unsatisfaction but as we know general impressions get build with small details.

We have had nothing but problems since we checked in. We arrived and our room was not the room we paid for on agoda. We paid for an upper level strip view with king bed. The room that was booked for us was lower level mountain view. I called Airpads (Agodas 3r party company)and waited one hour for them to get the room correct. Airpads finally said they got the correct room for us and i went to the front desk to get the key and they still didnt have the correct room reservation from airpads. we had now waited over an hour we just wanted to get into a room and took the original room that was booked. The front desk said it was fine as that was the room booked under our name. Last night a random person walked into our room while we were in it. they had a key to our room. If we were not in our room they would have been in our room without us and all our belongings. Also, our safe did not work. Also, there was make up on the pillow. dont book through Agoda as they use a 3rd party company.

No housekeeping ”
The place overall was a great location. I did not know when i booked there was no housekeeping included since it was a private owner. There were not enough towels for a week. Also the frying pan had no coating so everything i cooked was burned. The amenities and staff were nice. its just hard when you have kids. I had to take my own garbage out and take towels from the pool area. This could use a little updating better pillows and cookware. Amenities were great. It was just annoying taking my trash out everyday. IF they could fix these things i would stay there again and give hire rating. Not having room service sucks. But the location is awesome.

booked tower one,king with balcony and stip view,got tower 2 king with no balcony top golf view.no housekeeping for 3 days,left the notice on the doorsign,2 lamps the on and off switch were broke,the phone was unplugged,the blackout curtains coudnt close all the way as the last 2 holes on the curtain were missing and the sunset was on the east,was to bright because of the sun rise,carpet could use a good clean.staff very friendly

We walked into a dirty room...bedding in a pile on the bed no clean towels no washcloths and so on. ”
So basically the room had not been cleaned and clearly hadn’t in a while.It took them 3 days to bring clean bedding and towels at 11:30 pm. During those 3 days they kept telling us someone was coming. We have since tried to contact each party involved and we have been passed on. If I could figure out how to post pictures I would. Very upset we kept leaving our room(1 bedroom condo)giving the cleaning staff time to clean each time coming back to a dirty room. The room never got cleaned at all during our 5 day stay at $1300 cad Pissed off

Be careful about who this booking goes through...”
The hotel itself is quite nice... but I only realized after checking in that my booking was processed by some management company called "airpods". This management company was completely incompetent and made my stay miserable. 1) Key didn't work, concierge determined that the lock needed a new battery - had to wait 3-5 hrs (can't remember exactly) 2) Room they arranged for me was "under construction", ie. no towels, no mattress, all furniture completely overturned 3) For the next 4 nights of my 5 night stay, had to spend about an hour on the phone with customer "service" trying to figure out where I will stay for the next night Sort of wish that I would've just given up and booked an alternative room somewhere else so that I could've submitted a claim for a refund to my credit card company. Have been a reasonably loyal Agoda user for some time, but if they continue processing bookings from incompetent management companies, will have to completely quit using this platform

Im Grunde ist das Hotel ganz gut, zum Strip muss man etwas laufen aber die Zimmer sind ok und man kann die Poolanlage vom MGM nutzen. Leider ist bei uns aber das "schlimmste" eingetroffen. Nachdem unsere Zimmer gereinigt wurde, fehlte eine Tüte mit Jeanshosen! Wir meldeten dies und die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, rief die Housekeeping Firma an, diese bestritten den Vorfall. Daraufhin sollten wir eine Mail schreiben und würden damit abgespeist. Eine Antwort auf die Mail? Fehlanzeige! Weder das Hotel noch die Housekeeping Firma hat sich gemeldet. Frechheit!

진짜별로입니다 2인3인가격다르게받았는데 3인도같은방입니다 3인에서침대하나입니다 4인이와도하나입니다 불평을하자 종이한장을주며 여기전화해서얘기하라로 일관하는직원입니다 컨벤션기간이라비싼돈을줬는데실망했어요 방크기는굉장히넓어요 그넓은공간에트윈침대면좋겠네요 위치도스트립인데 메인스트립거리에들어서려면좀걸어야합니다

酒店公寓有多个拥有者，也有不同的代理机构代理。我的房间不幸的，由于各种原因无法提供，代理很热情的换了另外一个酒店，当然酒店同样让人很满意。但是办理入住时候需要非常多的电话沟通，由于临时修改订单等各种问题，最终虽然解决了。但是仍然让人无法100%的满意。
