the place is about 20 mins walking distance from the bts station, however the toilet of our room have slightly unpleasant smell. there is full of massage centers, and 711, family mart around. if there is an suk22 signage at the junction of the small lane for the first comer, it will be lovely.

It was a nice place to stay on holiday. Not too far from Asok BTS, 7/11 and family mart near by. Clean, nice staff, microwave and fridge include, hot water, free 2 bottle of water, tea, coffee. Recommend!

The staff are very nice and kind. Everything was perfect. Few concerns for me. 1. The hotel doesn't has elevator, the staff helped me to carry up or down stairs to solve the issue. 2. It takes more than 10 minutes to go to the hotel from BTS station. During the night, there are pubs outside the streets near the hotel. For a girl who traveled alone, it might be a concern. To sum up, I deeply recommend this hotel!

Hostel is quite near to mrt like 8min walk. also near to CBD and major attractions in bangkok and malls. overall, my stay was great except the guy that in charge of the reception for 24hrs needs customer service training. he easily gets agitated if he do not understand you.

We love Phoenix BKK Place! It's not your typical hostel, it's more of an apartment with great facilities. It's near Phrom Phong BTS (which Emporium shopping mall is located), just a 5-10 mins walk from the hostel. It's near bars, 7Eleven, money changer, ATMs and lots of vendors selling Thai street food just outside the hostel. The staff and the owner are super nice and will help you with directions and recommend places to visit. Location is just awesome! It's near everything! The rooms are spacious, it has a fridge, microwave oven, utensils, a flatscreen TV and a nice bathroom! The building is new too! We'll definitely stay in Phoenix BKK again in the future! :)
another stay at Phoenix Place”
Had to return to BKK for a night and chose Phoenix Place again. This time I was given a room on 2nd floor, which was slightly smaller and not as bright and nice as than the one I had on the 3rd floor weeks ago. Also, cleanliness left something to be desired this time, as I found long black hair everywhere, in the actual room as well as in the bathroom and even at the soap dish holder. the floor had some crumbs and scraps. Nothing serious, but they certainly need to up their cleaning a little, maybe it was just a one-off. Still, the value for money was good as last time and I would not hesitate to stay there again, as long as the smaller studio room is available. Location is just too convenient to ignore

This small 10-room mansion is brand-new and located in a tiny sub-Soi of Suk 22. Just a few meters from the action, and with plenty of dining and drinking options around, yet in another very local community you would not expect there. No elevator, but if you have big luggage, chances are they'll help you to carry it to the upper floors. Room is simple but had anything I needed, loved the microwave and the big fridge. Wifi strong and fast. Quite a walk though from both Asok and Phrom Pong BTS, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'd better take a Cab or Grab/Uber to get there
