When arrived there were constructions ongoing at the desk but I could quickly do my check-in. Room was practically new, very clean and spacious. Very close to CRC tower and All Season Place. Highly recommended

Building Works ”
There are renovations currently at the hotel and contractors start quite early in the morning so if you plan to have a lie is this isn't possible. Debris from works continuously hit the windows of my room so had no choice but to wake up and leave the hotel.

Nice place.. very noisy location”
Hotel very clean and tidy... bed was ok, pillows only so so. But our unit was on front low floor... all the street noise and construction next door made resting difficult. Price was on the high side in comparision to the local.

Excellent place, good location, reasonable price ”
I stayed at Sukhothai Residence for 4 nights for New Year 2016. Its quite close to PloenChit station and walking distance to several other places. The family room was quite big with all new furniture and appliances. There are restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance so food wasn't a problem. I was overcharged by a taxi driver from Don Mueang Airport and wanted to file a compliant. Staff was nice enough and took the responsibility of filing the complaint themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will stay there again.

Great place to stay in Central Bangkok”
Very nice room. We were in a family room which was very big and had two very comfortable queen sized beds. The room was very clean and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location close to the BTS station and lots of shopping malls. There are several good restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Our favorite restaurant was a place called "Gritty" - just a short walk down the street from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when in Bangkok.

Excellent Stay & Service!”
The photos do the justice. The room was large, very clean with an extremely comfortable bed and an amazing rainfall shower. The staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotels location is fantastic with lots of amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. It's also an easy taxi ride away from good shopping and anywhere you want to go. The BTS is nearby as well for easy transport. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service in a great central area.

Spacious room, close to BTS”
Very spacious rooms and new. Close to BTS, about 500m. As the name suggested, this is more of a condo than hotel so don't expect hotel like treatments such as room services, restaurants on side.... There are quite a few good restaurants within walking distance. Wi-Fi didn't work but not a big deal since I just use my 4G which is very reasonable with AIS. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

Good Location. Clean Room. Friendly Staff. Although, it is hard to find the hotel. No Signboard of the hotel. The hotel actually is an apartment, with some rooms as hotel rooms. But VERY CLEAN. and comfortable. Walking distance to BTS and shopping districts.

convenient but old room”
I had to do business by Wireless road so this hotel is perfect as I only have to walk like two minutes for my meeting. The parking was limited with most spaces were for the residents of the place. The room advertised seem ok but the real one is pretty old. I got a really large one bedroom unit but meant nothing as for this price I could have stayed at a more modern room fully equipped with new furniture. So only one good point is that it is next to Conrad/ All Seasons building but I would not come back again.

Disappointing. ”
The place looked great in pictures but little did we know what we were about to experience once we were in the hotel already. The place was under renovation all throughout our stay, in other words, dusty and noisy. We weren’t informed at all about this. The floors above the lobby had no airconditioning and so it was hot outside our room. The room surprisingly looked the same with the pictures, that’s great but it smelled of cigarretes and the aircon couldn’t cool the whole room and so it was uncomfortably warm inside. The shower also had issues with hot water and so we had to deal with showering with cold water the entire time. We expected a lot more from this hotel but it failed to make our stay decent and comfortable. Very disappointed.

overall good value for your money”
this is like a serviced apartment, thus not much or I should say no facilities at all. the room is spacious, enough for you to sleep whole family. plus point, it is near all season place, so whoever on business trip there is an advantages consider the price tag. you can take Conrad hotel (behind the building) free shuttle to BTS Ploen Chit, it depart every 15 minutes. the staff is very helpful and polite. she will advice what you enquire.

Not exactly a residence, more like an hotel”
The Superior rooms are not really residence like: not particularly large, no kitchenette, only a sofa. Value for money is not bad, but I'm not particularly impressed.

Good bang for buck”
Room was very nice and spacious. The only problem I had was with the shower. It was a hand held shower that you could not adjust anyway to make it like a regular one. Other than that, I had zero issues. Definitely coming back
