My apartment is located on main Sukhumvit Rd., 50 meters distance from BTS Bangna (E13) Station, just take off at exit 3 of BTS and walk straight just 1-2 mins, the high building is on your left.
New and private property with city and pool view. Appliances available in the property are TV, Refrigerator, Water heater, Microwave.There's also high-speed internet Wi-Fi in the room.

The property has the following facilities: swimming pool, fitness, library, sky lounge, sky garden, 24-hour security guard, CCTV, key card access and car park. There is free Wi-Fi at the common area in the 1st floor and 5th floor of the building. Pocket Wi-Fi is for rent. You can ask me for more details. From my place, you can easily and quickly go to anywhere in the city. It takes around 10-20 mins by BTS skytrain to get to many shopping centers such as The Emporium, The Equatier, Terminal 21, Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Square, MBK Center or even Chatuchak Market. For 1 month stay and over, maid service is provided twice per month free of charge.

Facilities in the building:

1st floor: lobby, co-working space, meeting room and study room (free wifi is available)

5th floor: swimming pool, fitness room and relax room (free wifi is available)

Near by Bang Na BTS station, in about 20 min with BTS at center of Bangkok. Some noise of traffic and BTS during night time but overall good stay at nice appartment
