It does not get any better than this!”
I cannot imagine a nicer place to stay in Hua Hin. The rooms are very small, much like a beach but. You can see and hear gentle waves lapping onto shore, between the wooden dock floor boards. With AC and a flat screen tv, it’s hardly primitive.. but you get to enjoy a very rural feel, in the very center of a beach town “city.” Everything you need is within a few short blocks; including wonderful restaurants, massage an bars. The staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. I loved it so much, I extended my stay.. and I’m hoping they will ask me to come back and live there. ขอบคุณมาก!

Great Way to Experience Hua Hin”
Super nice attached “bungalows” on old fishing village pier is one of the better ways to experience this lovely beach town. Located in the city center, close to Night Market, redlight and restaurants with menus from around the world. Sukkasem Guesthouse is very well run, clean and friendly. It’s not fancy, by any means, but each room has ac, hot water, a comfortable bed with clean linens, refrigerator and safe. Best of all, sisters Mod and Joy run the daytime, and Nong runs the evenings. All of them are super friendly and sweet, always happy to help. I suppose one might find something for less than $40 per night nearby, but if you’re only staying a few days, it’s a bargain, given the whole experience. Thanks Sukkasem Guesthouse!

VEry cozy room right near the beach. On the pier. Comfortable and quiet. You can hear the waves crashing underneath you during the night and it is relaxing. Staff very kind. Was a little hard to find at first but we both really enjoyed our stay

Nice and cozy place”
Rooms are very small, but clean and in good condition. Flat TV, WiFi, Fridge, Bathrooom, all in. The Bed is also a little small, like queensize, but ok. Stayed there 3 nights, for that it was ok. The bathroom is, hmmm... small too... I had to dry of my body in the sleepingroom ;) Anyway, very nice and funny to stay there, reminded me of a students home. Nice view to the sea. There is a terrace upstairs you can relax there. Can rent there Scooters also. Very helpful and nice staff. Location is in the middle of Hua Hin, many Restaurants, little shops and Bars to enjoy. Recommendation for someone who sometimes likes it a bit easier!

I booked my room online and it was at a super great value for money, as it only cost HKD 100. And I never expected that I could receive experiences which is way BEYOND the budget! Both the daytime- and nighttime- reception lady is super nice and kind. They are extremely good and friendly people which contributes in some way making our Hua Hin Trip so impressive. (I wish I could upload the picture that we took together!) The location was great, as we could access to the Night Markets on foot. You may also want to enter the massage houses nearby. Additionally, I must say that the view was AWESOME!! The bed is also comfortable. The room was not really big compared to the modern hotels but it was already enough for both me and my friend. This really give you more than the price!!! (Love from Hong Kong)

awesome place for quite sea-viewing deck”
I booked the sea-viewing room, which is the only room located on the second floor. It is right on the beach front deck, it is super nice to laying down on the coach and watch the sunset. The room is clean, specious. The stuff is very friendly and willing to help, only problem is she didnot speak as good Engliish as other hotels' do. The other draw back is there is no one at reception desk during whole night, given Hua Hin is a relatively safe place, that should not be a big problem. I think I would come back again next time

upon arrival, the manaer asked us if we had already paid. We told her that shit, on which she said we no longer rent rooms to tourists, why we asked, she said that the ksmers rented out to Thai local people would be very strange because if we had not paid she would have recommended a different location search, google mabs already indicates that they are closed. It's just next to beach, you can actually see the sea. Room was quite small but enough for me alone. Not a couple or family place but great for solo travelers. Staff was polite. PS: I stayed only for one night.

Good location, Nice Waves sound, and that’s what you get”
Location is good, you get the original fisherman village feel for the stay on pier and stone throw away distance to the beach. It’s close to Hilton hotel so you get street foods and expensive restaurants line up for you. The room is small and slightly sad and a little bit smelly but cleanliness was okay, Just some ants crawling around table and bed otherwise not too awful . The rooms are not sound proof so you hear human’s voice all the time . Do not expect much privacy if you stay here . The terrace was okay but the view was actually kind of blocked by the restaurants on both sides which are extended further to the sea. Do not expect this to be a romantic place but more like a temporary rest place that’s convenient and easy to manage with small budget .

Dirty accommodation, blankets and mattresses. Room No.11 stinks, making me itchy whole Until I was thinking of moving to my accommodation at midnight, my relatives forbidden it from sleeping. The next day I hurriedly checked out. I can’t sleep. Have to sleep in the car instead on the way back to Bangkok.

Dirty bed, smelly air-con, dusty windows and mouldy toilet with no soap or shampoo or bath mat. Staff is unprofessional. Overprice not value for money. Disappointed won’t come back.
