Best. Service. Ever”
Has the best ambience for a truly Filipino themed vacation spot. Every corner of the place is an opportunity for an Instagram-worthy snap. Food is great - we stayed for 3D/2N and it rained, but not to worry because they have the best foos. Aside from Sulyap being such a great place for rest and relaxation, I really have to commend the staff for such wonderful service. We had several requests with them that they gladly accommodated. It was a very pleasant, hassle-free, restful stay for us. We would want to come back soon!

FAVE STAYCATION EVER!”
This is hands down my ultimate favorite staycation ever. We arrived late at night, and it was so beautiful with the lights. Upon entering our room, I was at awe on how the interior was beautifully done. Sun came up the next day, and I was even more surprised on how beautiful this place is! I loved the food at the restaurant. So peaceful, and the waiters were all very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to bring my family here again so they can be mesmerized by the experience of Sulyap. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful place with amazing staff and service. Clean room and bathroom. Wonderful garden. And their restaurant has really delicious food. Probably the best restaurant in San Pablo. This place brings so much nostalgia and I recommend everyone to try and stay here. Bring your parents and the elders, they will love it here!

Pros: The staff are helpful and friendly. Food at Casa San Juan is sumptuous The rooms are clean and maintained well. Not a bit of an issue but the pool is cold :) Visit and buy coffee at Bean Tower and look for JL. ☕

Great Stay”
Old vibe. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. All is well except For improvement: Signages coz upon arrival we don't know where to go to, where is the reception, art gallery and so on. Signages in the living room or veranda for guests not make so much noise and avoid shouting as respect to other guests.

Romantic historical place”
Sulyap is a collection of historical Filipino colonial-era buildings, beautifully restored in a quiet property in San Pablo, Laguna. The rooms are not luxurious, by any means, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, so you don't need to go out looking for other places to eat (not so easy to find in San Pablo...). We stay here when on our way to points further south in Quezon.

A glance back to the good old days”
This boutique hotel showcases heritage houses from different locations, moved and rebuilt into B&B units in a secure and pretty compound in San Pablo City. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. The museum which is open to guests is a reminder of the glorious period in the Philippines, with antiques and collectibles which are well preserved. Will definitely consider staying here again.

A blast from the past”
The stay here felt like a stay at one's grandparents' old house. Quaint and lovely glimpse of the past, but with the requisite comforts (airconditioning, nice bathroom). The grounds were nice, and you can take a stroll at the garden in you leisure time. The food was also excellent; so much so that the restaurant was filled up from around 10am until it closes at 7pm.

Travel Back In Time”
Perfect for old souls like me. It’s nostalgic and will literally bring you back in time. There’s a musty smell of the past which I like. The curator of the museum is really nice. We’re wide eyed listening to his stories. We had a really nice time having coffee while it’s raining and we’re listening to old folk songs. We arrived early and were given a room instantly. Sulyap is my second home. I will keep coming back to this hauntingly beautiful place.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay here as we got to check in at Casa Obando’s upper floor, wherein we got 2 rooms there plus we were able to bond and just chill at the sala. And ofcourse, we were able to sleep in and old house! So yeah, 10/10 experience for me! Kudos to Sulyap B&B Team for the superb experience! ☺️❤️

Value for money”
Booked a room for my parents on and they enjoyed the ambiance and peacefulness. However, they requested to transfer at the newly constructed hotel area rather than the classic and antique hotel. It would be nice if they made that new hotel area available for booking at Agoda to avoid the inconvenience. Furthermore, it was a great getaway from the busy life in Manila during this pandemic.
