I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended! I was really sick when I got to KL and needed a comfortable and clean place to rest up a bit before I continued my travels and this was the perfect place! I had an entire apartment to myself, it was super clean, had great wifi facilities, a tv, air con, kitchen and bathroom and was set out really well. The security in the building is amazing so I felt really safe and it was in such a great location for everything you would plan to see!

Great Place to Stay”
Location is strategic and near major transportation available (Monorail, Bus), only 3 mins away from Bukit Nanas Monorail Sta. Room was veeery clean and facilities were OK (too bad smart TV box was not working properly). The host were very helpful and promptly replied to almost everything you needed. Very recommended to travelers who want spacious apartment room with good service and comfort.

Worth to stay”
I stayed 2 nights at this property with my family members. Overall was good. Worth staying at this apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. I don't hesitate to come again in the future. But, some improvements need to be made. 1- The air conditioner unit in the master bedroom was a malfunction and need to repair. I have to open the door so that the air from the living room comes in. 2- The master bedroom toilet door's lock was also needed a repair or at least please spare a key. 3- The water heater for the second bathroom not functioning well and there was some leaking once used. 4- The internet speed was very slow. Could not enjoy watching the TV if everyone else connected to the Wifi connection.

Clean Apartment”
The location was quite easy access. Staff are friendly and helpful and easy to communicate via WhatsApp. Easy to check in to the apartment. House was clean and spacious. They built an extra room via the hall. Thus becoming three room apartment. Its convenient as there are two shops at the lobby. Security is abit tight tho. And parking not included.

Location was perfect if you would like to be right in the city centre so everything is within walking distance. However, if you're driving, parking is pricey. Home is comfortable for two people however the bathroom was dirty and there were certain areas of the house where the floor was dusty and hair was gathered probably from the previous people staying there. Some amenities were missing but the owner was helpful in providing it after I let them know.

Check In & Out Time”
The check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10am. Compare with standard checkin and check out time with hotel is too early for check out. Even I request check out time on 12pm but the property only give latest on 11am. If do not mind for the check in late n check out early, overall is ok. Ground flooor got 2 convenient store, convenient for buying food. Location near monorail station, within 10 minutes walk.

Pros: location of condo is decent : gym room is good : unit has washer Cons: no towels despite repeatedly asking the owner unit was dirty and bathroom pipe was leaking Owner is always MIA when we tried to ask for towels Tv also not working Toilet paper was also missing and so we had to buy our own from the mini mart below

This please not good, the first time I have arrived the key of the door was smart key but no work with passport so I waited long time to the owner come, second thing there isn’t drink water as we have seen in the offer , the parking so expensive around Rm 30 per day

convenient and situated in a good location”
15 minutes walk from the twin towers, 5 mins walk from the monorail. The room is in good condition equipped with many facilities. The TV and hifi system don't work as well as expected but that's not really a big deal when you are there for other things around KL.

Not a muslim friendly”
Pros: Great facilities like pool, gym & etc. Cons: Have to wear a proper gym cloth, bathing suit. My wife were asked to expose herself before getting into the pool.

I guess it wasn't very expensive for the surrounding area. Room was clean, and the location excellent. But facilities are not that good and the staff at the front desk is essentially not helpful to being at the point of non existence.

Excellent place and decent facilities, however a few issues have to be ironed out, TV and TV box never make it work, netflix never works, a bread taster would be nice as well.
